Friendly staffs, clean rooms. Right beside Saga station which have a lot of restaurants around. Complimentary breakfast provided and there is quite a lot of choices. Can wash your laundry at level 7. Only accept 100 yen coins for laundry payment, just change with the front desk if needed.

第一次入住東橫 看資料的話22年開業的 整體設施還是維護的比較好的 都很新 比其他的東橫好一個檔次 除了廁所設施沒有太多使用痕跡 打掃衞生乾淨 窗外是火車站但隔音很好聽不到什麼噪音 房間不大但也足夠放下行李箱還有多餘空間 位置很好 佐賀站出來右拐再右拐就到了 坐公交 坐火車 坐機場大巴 吃佐賀牛都足夠方便 考慮到價格位置 佐賀也沒有太多更好的選擇 但價格在這 服務就是標準化的了 不要期待太高 拖鞋單獨收費 wifi免費 有簡單的免費早餐 四點以後才能入住 十點以前必須退房 整體入住時間不長的

We enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. The room is quite old and the accommodation of women is severe. It seems that cleaning is only appropriate and visible. Everyone is emphasized that it is cheap, but I paid 9200 yen for accommodation and 800 yen for breakfast, but anything is too expensive. Good points Near the station There is a welcome drink for coffee There is a large communal bath and a library Bad points Please clean it well The room is cigarette-like When I asked the directions from the station on the reservation phone, I saw the navigation system I was pushed out.

I left Saga for the first time. It was near the moat of Saga Castle, quiet, and the building facilities, beds and living rooms had a history, but the linens were clean, so it was also tasteful and there was no discomfort. I would have been grateful if the front desk staff were small and the hospitality was a little more substantial, but it may be unavoidable because it is the end of the corona. Breakfast was Japanese and Western 々 and I was able to have a fun meal with my friends from the morning. Saga was quiet and healed enough as Hiro 々. Also, I would like to visit hot springs slowly.

お部屋 角部屋だったので、川と海とお城すべてが見える とてもきれいな部屋でした。 通常のツインよりも少し広めだと思います。 大浴場 部屋のユニットバスは利用せず、大浴場に行きました。 シャンプーバーがあり、お風呂も広めですいていて、 洗面コーナーでのドライヤーもゆっくりとできました。 以前はスリッパに名前シールを貼って、他人のものと取り違えないような仕組みになっていましたが、 なくなっていましたので、引き続きしていただけるとありがたいです。 ウェルカムラウンジ 新しく始まったサービスで、フリードリンクとお菓子（グミやマシュマロなど）がありました。 コーヒー、紅茶、ソフトドリンクだけでなく、 ビールとスパークリングワインまであって驚きました。 開放感のある会場で、のんびり過ごすことができました。 駐車場は無料、近くにコンビニもあって便利です。 また利用させていただきます。

One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

Central easy walk to great restaurants and quenelles and sightseeing highlights of Yanagawa. Modern reception with ultra friendly staff who made us feel most welcome even with the language barrier. Kuniko-San was on reception when we checked in and served us breakfast each day. She was so helpful, engaging and incredibly welcoming. Traditional Japanese Breakfast was included in our tariff and changed each morning, delicious, pickled vegetables, grilled fish, rice with Tsukudani, miso , marinated octopus with vegetables, tamago & green tea & filter coffee. The room was traditional Japanese large and spacious 10 tatami with extra futons for increased cushion. The best part was the view from the room overlooking a lovely traditional Japanese garden, very private, and shielded from the bright morning sun by surrounding trees. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for an authentic Japanese experience

I came to Kyushu at the end of the year and the beginning of the year and looked for a hotel near Fukuoka Tenjin to go to Dazaifu on New Year's Day, but I was here because it was expensive and Yanagawa was cheaper than Tenjin, and the train flight was good. １ night ８３００ yen was cheaper than the center of Fukuoka, and it was convenient for sightseeing within １ hours by train for the distance to go to Dazaifu the next day. It is a few minutes walk from the station to the hotel (the opposite direction to the shuttle bus stop down the boat). The room was also very good for the price.
