The first few days of the stay were very good, but later when I wanted to go to Hurghada, I found that I couldn't get a taxi and had to wait for a long time. One day after dinner, I found that the fruit was not very fresh, and I ate it without paying much attention. That night, my wife vomited and had diarrhea. When I went to have lunch the next day, I found that the ingredients used were left over from the previous night. Such food is really disappointing.

It is wry very good hotel for family experience. If you will want to come with friends for party I would tell you need to go out from the hotel because it is not a lot of party her. But for family vacations it is vary nice hotel, very clean, beach is very nice😊

Beschreiben Sie das Hotel ganz allgemein* Wir fahren nun ca.26 Jahre und das in den letzten Jahren 2 mal im Jahr nach Ägypten haben viele Regionen und Hotels kennengelernt, (2 Jahre Corona Pause) und können uns so ein Urteil über Regionen und Hotelanlagen in diesem Land erlauben. Man muss wissen, das 5* in Ägypten etwa mit 4* in anderen Ländern zu vergleichen ist. Wir geben hier unsere Persönliche Meinung zur Anlage ab. Sind zum 2mal in der Anlage. Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hotels war einfach toll. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wieder direkt Willkommen gefühlt. Wir beschränken uns auf ein paar wichtigen Punkten die für uns Relevant sind. Wie die Unterbringung und das Essen betreffen. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier noch. Für uns ist das Amarina Resort eine sehr gutes Mittelklasse Hotel Lage & Umgebung Etwas abseits vom Großen Trubel Im Umkreis von 1 Km mehrere Geschäfte Zum Jahr 2023 empfanden wir, das die Musik Beschallung nicht mehr so extrem Laut war. Transfer 2023 mit TUI war schon schlecht. Transfer 2024 zum Hotel mit TUI eine Katastrophe 17:00 Uhr gelandet 18:00 Uhr am Reisebus 18:45 Uhr alle Gäste (17) im Bus 19:05 Uhr kommt ein Mitarbeiter von TUI sagt die Aktuelle Uhrzeit und das der Bus 7 Hotels anfährt, darauf haben 17 Gäste 50 Minuten gewartet. Im Hotel angekommen, bis wir unser Zimmer hatten, war das Restaurant gerade geschlossen. Das war das letzte Mal das wir bei TUI gebucht haben. (Hierfür kann das Hotel nichts Zimmer Wir waren in der Zeit vom 08.11-19.11.24 im BL2 Zimmer 2303 untergebracht. Mit der Größe, Ausstattung, Betten, Bad waren wir zufrieden. Zimmer abends sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf die Poolanlagen und das Meer Service Getränke am Strand wurden an die nicht so bequemen Liegen gebracht. Poolbar immer gut besucht von den Gästen. Im Strand Bereich 16+stehen die Schirme sehr nahe, so das sehr viel schatten ist. Gästebetreuung die Deutsch spricht, fragt am Strand zum Befinden der Gäste. In der Gesamten Anlage haben wie überall freundliches Personal vorgefunden. 2 Mitarbeiter sind uns besonders Aufgefallen. Mohamed von der SKY LOUNGE der abends alleine alle Gäste Top bedient hat Seine Cocktails waren die Besten in der Anlage. Ahmed (mit Brille) am Strand der einen Top Service gemacht hat. z.B. Wie ging das Personal mit Fragen, Wünschen oder Beschwerden um? Gastronomie Das Buffet Restaurant hat einen Innen und Außenbereich wo die Kellner nicht Strukturiert bedienen. Es gibt wohl keinem festgelegten Arbeitsbereiche. Wir haben aber immer unsere gewünschten Getränke bekommen. Bei den Menü Restaurants war für uns das Arabische das Beste. Bei dem Asia ,Ital. fehlte uns etwas der typische Geschmack der Gerichte. Das Essen war uns von der Qualität, Präsentation und Geschmack gut. Was uns hier besonders gut gefällt ist, das die Speisen nicht in den üblichen Warmhalte Behältern dar geboten werden. Freizeitangebot Nicht in Anspruch genommen

All positive vibes. Great stuff and delicious food. I will be back there one more time for sure. Best place for family trip. Sandy beach and no waves or big wind. Short walking from room to restaurants or beach. Pools are clean and safe. A lot of security for your personal safety.

We visited the Resort in October for one week , we enjoyed everything, the location, the beach and sea extremely clean, the hotel , the pools , food , staff were all very friendly and supportive. We had a problem with our bath and as soon as reported to Mina , the Gentleman from the Reception in less that 30 minutes, the problem has been sorted. We all were very happy with this holiday and definitely will return in Egypt next year, love it

Сначала заселили в ужасный номер, ощущение, что он вообще не предназначен для туристов, продолжение балкона грязная крыша с голубями, у нас конечно был оплачен не такой номер. С помощью гида и 20$ нас переселили в нормальный номер с видом на бассейн и на горизонте - море. Кровати удобные, есть персонал, который качественно убирается, есть не очень, всегда оставляли чаевые, но за 10 дней бельё поменяли один раз в последнюю ночь. Также и с полотенцами. Есть официанты, которые принесут воды и просят за это сразу чаевые, хотя пока несли, уже закончили обедать или ужинать. Сетки, где буйки, у отеля нет. Видели огромную черепаху. Вход в море очень комфортный, аквасоки не нужны, для маленьких детей идеально . Становится более-менее глубоко почти у буйков. Море чистейшее. Еда очень однообразная, но при этом есть и мясо и курица и рыба, морепродукты. Готовят хорошо, вкусно. По мне отель -4*

I had a 1 week holiday at amarina abu soma resort and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern, the food was very fresh and diverse cuisine. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ahmed Nafea at reception who was very willing to help with information both inside and outside the resort. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my time over there. Cozy, clean rooms, beautifull teritory, sandy beach. Amarina is an lovely place with great staff - friendly, smiling and polite. I am epecially grateful to Mr.Martin the Front Desk Manager. He makes great effort to maintain the guest satisfaction. I will come back for sure :)
