Welcoming staff at reception, received a welcome drink which was a nice touch. It was nice that we didn’t have to queue to check in and were told to take a seat and came to us to check us in. Room was clean, spacious and had everything you’d need - safe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, beach bag with beach towels, mini bar/fridge, large tv. Bed was creaky but comfortable. We liked how the toilet and bidet were separated off from the sink and large walk in shower. We had a large terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast wasn’t bad, as a vegetarian - there were limited hot food options but there was plenty of pastries, bread, cakes, yoghurts, cereals and fruit. Location - a bit too quiet for us, a few mins walk to supermarkets, pharmacy and promenade where there are a few places to eat and a few souvenir shops. Saw a few hotels that have closed permanently and some areas felt run down and felt like we were in a ghost town. We hired a car so managed to explore the island - hotel does offer parking for €10 per day but we found free on street parking on all 3 days that we were there. Not sure what makes this a 5* but it didn’t feel luxurious enough to be a 5* and wouldn’t expect a creaky bed in a 5* hotel.

great hotel, with cordial and very helpful staff. nicely located, very well-kept inside and around. clean and nice rooms, the only thing we missed was a shower (there was a bathtub, which we don't like). Delicious and varied food in a restaurant with smiling staff. close to the sea with a nice beach and a long promenade. 100% recommendable hotel, we will definitely come back.

Rien à dire. Séjour très agréable. Personnel au top. Hôtel à recommander sans problème. Hôtel très calme. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Restauration très variée. Parc magnifique. Un lieu à se ressourcer . Mer à proximité. Animation très bien.

Third year in a row at this hotel. Staff are brilliant and the food is excellent with so much choice for breakfast and evening and very reasonably priced. Hotel is beautiful and so calming and relaxing. Location is handy for the main resort and in the bus route should you want to venture further afield. Can’t fault it.

Une structure à taille humaine et un personnel très professionnel. Jardins soignés. Chambre agréable mais il faudrait revoir le confort de certains matelas certainement mis à rude épreuve au cours de chaque saison. À quelques pas des plages.

This was the first visit to the MC Mallorca Palace . We stayed for eleven nights and really enjoyed it . The staff were very friendly and welcoming.Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices . Everywhere was spotless in the hotel a round the pool and gardens .The entertainment in the evening was very enjoyable there was something to suit every one. Our room was on the second floor there was plenty of wardrobe space and drawers , the sun was on the balcony all day . We will definitely be holidaying the again .

Forget everything you thought you new about Mallorca and let the Mallorca Palace wrap it’s arms around you. The staff are like family that work as a happy team to make a stay feel very special, just come to feel the welcome and the peace and quiet.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Treated like royalty from welcome to departure. I cannot praise the staff enough. The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained in every area. Beds and pillows very comfy. Beautiful crisp white bed linen. The food in the restaurant or at the pool bar was delicious and of a high standard. The pool area and surrounding gardens well kept and maintained to a high standard. Good entertainment in the evening. Had a brilliant stay.

Excellent hotel to relax and unwind. An oasis of peace and quiet. The facilities are excellent all through the hotel. Food is very good with plenty of choice but ALL of the staff bring this hotel together, they are all so friendly, attentive but relaxed. We didn't want to leave, but would definitely return. Thank you to all.
