We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

Calidad precio ésta bien, pero detalles como las limpiadoras se pasarán una vez en los primeros 5 días, bichos en la habitación aunque no en exceso (entendible ya que lo que rodea es campo), algo de pelo en la pared de la ducha y manchas en paredes de sangre de haber matado a mosquitos.
Tuvimos que pedir el mando del televisor y el de mando acondicionado aunque este no fue necesario.
No proporcionan jabón aunque sí toallas.
De utensilios de cocina ésta bien, otorgan los precios y útiles.

Good location in Sa Coma, the beach is two steps away and everything is at hand.
It is a mostly quiet area.
All good, but it should be noted that the apartment lacks basic kitchen utensils.
The balcony windows do not close, and if they close they are difficult to reopen.
...and several things that should be solved for a better customer stay.
The cleaning, lousy!! They don't clean when it's time and when they do...you'd rather they hadn't.
Soaked floors both in the apartment and on the stairs and landings outside, puddles every day. A danger!
The garbage bags for days at the door, with which, bad impression for the client, flies and smell.

I read the reviews and to be honest I was dreading this holiday, I even tried to change it but I was too late. So glad though. The apartments are lovely , clean and the staff are just fabulous so for all the Karen’s out there, had they have just raised their concerns with the staff, I’m pretty certain they would have been resolved. This is not a 5* resort, you get what you pay for and a bit more. You will get cockroaches in any county no matter the grade of hotel. The rooms are cleaned twice a week but if you require clean towels or bedding then just go and speak to the ladies at the bar/reception and they will sort you out along with anything else you may need. Easy access to the shops/restaurants and beach via the path at the side of the hotel, don’t go the long way round like we did on the first day 🙄 the bar/reception stock most drinks and there is a vending machine for snacks, they also sell snacks at the bar. I would definitely go here again. The only thing I would suggest is that you don’t stay in an apartment on the pool side as they are shaded most of the day. Other than that, we had a lovely time at this complex.happy to answer any questions you may have

Très bien situé, logement propre et calme. Personnel agréable. A 5 mn à pieds de la première plage, avec petits commerces à proximité. La literie est correcte, la salle de bain petite mais bien fonctionnelle. La cuisine manque un peu de matériel (poêle, casserole) et une cafetière aurait était l'idéal.

El apartamento pequeñito pero bonito,el baño reformado y las camas cómodas. Las chicas de recepción encantadoras tanto la de la mañana como la de la tarde. Llegamos pronto por el ferry y en cuanto estuvo el apartamento nos permitieron entrar. No es un resort pero si vas para ver la isla es un buen sitio de descanso

El piso es correcto, relación calidad-precio muy bien. Hay donde aparcar perfectamente,tienes tiendas,supermercados, restaurantes,playa bastante grande muy cerca todo. La atención es muy buena, la cama era cómoda,el baño correcto y había silencio para poder descansar. Lo malo es subir al último piso sin ascensor y con maletas. Tienes tostadora,algunas cacerolas,platos, vasos, cubiertos,nevera pequeña pero correcta, tendedero en el balcón, papel de baño suficiente,secador de pelo, placa para cocinar, toallas,gel d ducha,no hay persianas (q por la zona no sé estilan...) pero las cortinas son bastante opacas, hay televisión,wifi y dos sofás grandes,mantas suficientes en la habitación y mesa con sillas en el comedor.En el balcón se está divinamente también.Volveremos fijo!

We stayed in the apartments in August 24. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation was basic but value for money. The positioning of the apartments were ideal for the beach walking straight through the hotel adjacent to the Europa takes five minutes and the nightlife and restaurants in the area, are all local will be visiting again ✈️🥂

Hemos tenido una estancia familiar. Apartamentos y piscina con todo lo necesario, limpio y acogedor. La playa con sus calas a unos 5 minutos. A la recepción Miguel Ángel muy amable y servicial nos llamó antes que todo estaba listo y nos aconsejo algunos restaurantes y zonas para visitar.
