No complaints about our holiday here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times with us and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is quite big with lot's of sitting areas and an excellent swimming pool. There's also an indoor pool and a spa area with saunas and a small gym. Everything was clean. The room was good and had very comfortable beds. We were in an apartment style room so we had a fridge which was handy and a sitting room area too so it was spacious for the two of us. The beach took around 10 minutes to walk to as did the main shopping area. There's a bus stop close by and reception will help with details of buses. We visited the caves one day which was busy but worth it. We had a nice relaxing week here.

Good location and nice hotel in general. Hotel is only a short taxi drive to CallaMillor and like 20 minutes to SaComa. Breakfast buffet was exceptional! So much to choose from and it never got boring. Loved the pastry section! Also the room was bright and comfortable and the beds were good. Clean towels and sheets were supplied by the cleaning staff and they did a good job. Staff all nice. Location is good and we enjoyed the indoor pool/sauna. Transfer took a while but going back to the airport wasn't so bad. Liked that we were allowed to store our luggage safely on last day.

Good hotel and a good area to take a relaxing break as it's peaceful. Hired a car and we easily found parking on the street nearby the hotel. Staff helpful with questions and were polite. Food very good on the whole but have to say Mexican night in the buffet was the best! Delicious food! Bathrooms could be updated but everything was clean and we were happy. I even made friends with a little cat that was around the hotel!

Helt okej rum. Saknade en microvågsugn. Sängen var väldigt skön. Väldigt många regler på hotellet. Byte av strandhanddukar endast två eller tre gånger i veckan mellan klockan 17-20. Poolen och bastu har korta öppettider och stängde redan på sen eftermiddag. När jag har semester vill jag ha det fritt och enkelt och inte massa tider och regler att passa.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber und einer der Stühle fiel fast auseinander. Das Zimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden.
Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Typisches Hotel halt.

Godt hotel.
Skønt hotel med dejlig lejlighed, fine fællesområder og god beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser, lidt på afstand (15 min gang) af det mest hektiske turist liv.
Rigtig gode senge.
Man skulle bede om udlevering af gryder/ pander, elkedel mv men det fungerede fint.
Der var desværre lidt udfordringer med hotellets rengørings selskab da vi var der, så enkelte dage hvor der ikke blev gjort rent men vi fik udleveret det vi manglende af håndklæder mv og andre dage havde de ikje fyldt sæbe på eller ordnet senge men det blev ordnet når vi bad om det.
Og der var rent da vi ankom.
Stor altan, velfungerende aircondition.
Vi kommer gerne igen :-)

Fabulous peaceful hotel
This hotel provided exactly the holiday we were looking for. A relaxing week away in the sun with a nice pool for my son. No mad scramble for sun beds in the morning! Food was impressive. Further from the beaches than I expected (1 km to the beach at Cala Millor, a bit further to the beach at Sa Coma, but the walk was good for us!)
One criticism - the 2 entertainment staff were very lazy and dull. Completely lacked interest and enthusiasm. But there were a couple of acts brought in at night - a magician and a Rod Stewart tribute act - both very good.

Die Kommunikation verlief ziemlich undeutlich trotz eigener guter Englisch Kenntnisse und die Betten sind furchtbar.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte ein 4 * Hotel bisschen mehr Bequemlichkeit in der Nacht bieten .
