The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Old Town . The hotel itself is clean, staff is kind and efficient. The breakfast is delicious I recommend it immensely. Check in was swift and accommodating. I would only recommend placing wine openers in the rooms. Front desk was kind enough to get one upon aasking. I would recommend Bristol and would gladly stay again.

It is a good choice for business travel. The hotel is located in the central area and has convenient transportation. It is next to the largest shopping mall in Rzeszow and a 10-minute walk from the largest central square in the area. It is highly recommended!

We have stayed at this hotel few times now and it never disappoints. Customer care is fantastic. Special recognition goes to Natalia in the restaurant for her very impressive knowledge on types of wines and just an overall great, attentive service. Breakfast also brilliant, with lots of choices and amazing waffles! We will of course be back again!

All in all a solid performance, which means I'll like to check in again. But to the 5 points it is not enough just to miss the charm. The rooms are clean and reasonably furnished. The facility itself is maintained, but it lacks the charm to create a proper atmosphere to feel well around. The service at the reception was friendly and quick. The breakfast in the restaurant which belonged to the hotel was rich, varied and good. But in details you can improve something. The selection in the musli and fruit area could be expanded and the orange juice from a machine was unfortunately not what you expect from a hotel in the 4-star area. As I said, everything in all is OK. but you can get better. Otherwise I'd like to come back because I've been sleeping well ...

The staff here are the most friendly and capable people I have met on my trip so far. I stayed here for more than two weeks. The breakfast buffet is so complex it took me 10 photographs to show at all. I am coming back again this spring and will stay here again. Some of the people who worked there last year are still there. It felt like home. Modern, clean new, fresh, crisp accoutrements. Never a problem. Meals were excellent and reasonably priced.

We were here for 3 days in August 2021 and were very satisfied. Our car parked right in front of the house, the staff were very friendly and competent, breakfast was in very pleasant environment and the selection at the buffet was very good. Although we lived only in the 3* tranche, we were very satisfied with our room. It was very large, well equipped, very quiet. Shortly: the price-performance ratio was very good. Location: The hotel is very generous and was good to find. It is located in the south, just beyond the river in the new city. The way to the center is a little more than we thought (and it is painted in the descriptions) and since we very much like to live in the centres of the city, this is the only point that we didn't like.
