This hotel was the best among the four hotels we have selected for this autumn trip. The room was spacious, the breakfast was reasonable, and down town area had everything you need for travel. We stayed 3 nights there and had a good experience overall.

Horrible smells of off-gassing, from new coatings on stairways/construction going on until 8 PM ( took 3 calls to front desk to make them stop)/no pool /room numbers taped with paper on each door/computerized keys didn't reliably open door. "under renovation" paper notice posted at each corridor apologizing for mess, and assuring "good service will be provided" But It wasn't. THEY NEED TO STOP RENTING ROOMS WHILE IN FULL RENOVATION MODE!!!

Just don't waste your money here. Appearance made me feel like we were not entering a hotel, but rather a trashed apartment complex. Bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains and black short hairs. Pool area was trashed. When we brought up our concerns nothing was further adressed.

It was ok. They were in the middle of a remodel but the remidel.shoukd not if had an impact on the cleanliness of the room

Hotel was under renovation but our room was brand new; as in we need to take the plastic off the lamps new, mini frig not yet places in the cabinet, and hand written room number taped on the door new. Lobby is painted but still needs rug and baseboard. This hotel will be nice eventually. Staff was nice.

Wouldn't stop there again unless renovations were complete. Felt uncomfortable going into a place that looked that run down .. should have been mentioned that it was under renovations when booking...Because of the run-down condition Value is POOR not worth the money.

We stayed here on our trip to see the Total Eclipse, April 8, 2024. My family had two rooms. Our rooms were clean with no offensive smells. The beds were comfortable and the table and chairs came in handy. The halls and stairwells were clean. We booked this hotel a couple of months prior because there were no rooms available closer to the totality of the eclipse. The reviews had us worried but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The light breakfast was more than adequate, coffee, juice, waffles, bagels and cereal. We would stay here again.
