Nettes Gasthaus nicht weit vom Europapark.
Gutes Gasthaus ohne viel Schnickschnack. Etwas teuer. Da Nachfrage jedoch sehr hoch war, wurden die Preise vermutlich angepasst.

Very comfortable and clean rooms.
Very clean rooms with new furniture. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very service minded personal. Explained us about the parking and EuropaPark/Rulantica practicalities.

WATCH OUT!!! WORST OPTION EVER. I spent some time thinking if I ever should call this a fraud. It’s very simple… I never got to access to the location since there’s only a 2 hour window for check in… and NO REIMBURSEMENT if you don’t show up at the time management is available for check in in this window… WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CENTRIC experience ever!!! I don’t understand how ******* lets them be in their list. I had to book a room last minute at another place and as a result paid twice for the night…

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa truttura per un weekend. La struttura è davvero curata nei minimi dettagli per quanto riguarda le decorazioni, è adorabilmente adornata con tanti piccoli dettagli particolari che rendono piacevole la vista e soprattutto il primo impatto appena si arriva. La camera, anche se posta al livello basso, è risultata comunque illuminata e non dava la sensazione di poca luce o poca aria. Era spaziosa, pulitissima, ordinata. Arredata in maniera semplice ma moderna. Abbiamo dormito bene. La colazione che *deve essere prenotata prima* è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Semplice non eccessiva ma varia e invitante. Inoltre la struttura è vicina all'ingresso del parco, circa 10 min a piedi. Solo due appunti: cuscini per me scomodi. La colazione che deve essere prenotata in anticipo: la prima mattina abbiamo dovuto fare colazione presso un panificio esterno perché già la sera prima la colazione in struttura era tutto prenotata. Come mai non riescono a garantire la colazione a tutti gli ospiti? Quando il secondo giorno abbiamo fatto colazione in struttura, sembrava abbondante e secondo me sarà rimasto tanto rispetto agli ospiti. Per il resto il nostro parere sulla struttura è assolutamente positivo!

Très bonne localisation, à deux pas du centre et du parc. Proximité de plusieurs restaurants, de la boulangerie et d’une pharmacie si nécessaire.
