El lugar es encantador, el concepto me pareció novedoso. La comida deliciosa y el personal sin excepción con una excelente actitud de servicio. Vale la pena por el costo. Muy cerca de un sitio arqueológico desafortunadamente por obras del INAH no está abierto. Hotel ideal si quieres disfrutar de un sitio con historia

El 25 de junio contactamos con Estefanía de la Cruz (ventas) p/cotizar evento de boda, le dimos invitados en excel como pidió e hicimos llamadas c/ella p/definir todo. Más d 1mes d espera p/darnos el contrato c/1día hábil p/pagar y vigencia ?¿ sorpresa NO VENÍA todo lo q ofreció y se acordó con ella, como lo suponíamos tras anomalías de su parte (desde decir que se había averiado su computadora cuando cualquier empresa enseguida te da otra p/evitar hacer esperar tanto al cliente) porque tras saber que mi prometido era español todo lo quiso cambiar y no le salió. ¡Por eso su premura del pago que listilla!

Es un hotel pequeño, está dentro de la selva con Servicio todo incluido desayunos, comida, cenas buffet, no hay todo esa la carta bebidas de rango medio personal, muy muy amable incluyen actividades diarias, sorpresa es el plus que le da un 100% a este Hotel
