The property listed on hotel website as AC available. However it's not in my room and they are not able to change it. Very very disappointed due to the misinformation. I could have stayed in a cheaper hotel closer to the station. I picked it just because of the AC.

We stopped here for drinks and dinner. The menu looks great and the location wo derful for watching the world go by. BUT the service was terrible. 15 mins to be served a drink, when only 2 other couples in the place. We had to go find a waitress after another 15mins who then ignored us.another 10 mins to actually get a waitresstoco.eto our table. We paid and left, they couldn't care less. Do t give them your money.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, der Frühstücksraum sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Comfortzimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Die Klimaanlage verwandelte das Zimmer in eine Eiskammer, ohne Klimalage war es im Zimmer sehr heiss. Das Fenster konnte wegen der Lärmbelästigung durch den Straßen- und Bahnverkehr nicht aufgelassen werden. Leider war das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer sehr schmutzig. Die Farbe blättert an den Fenster und Türen ab, überall schwarzer Dreck, sowohl an den Fenster, Türen, Fliesen, Steckdosen und Teppich. Das Frühstück war ok mit Wurst, Eier, Lachs, Marmelade, Honig, Joghurt, hier hat nur das frische Obst gefehlt. Dosenobst war vorhanden. Das Brot und die Brötchen waren sehr lecker. Die Parkmöglichkeiten, für 10 Euro am Tag, sind nur begrenzt vorhanden und sehr eng.

Wellness Hotel ohne Wellness, eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad reichen nicht wirklich. Waren schon sehr enttäuscht. Frühstück war ausreichen, leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Blick auf dem Rhein nur aus der äußersten Ecke unseres Balkon, der leider keine Möbel hatte.
