酒店衞生很不錯，房間設施很完善乾淨，前台小姐姐服務超級好很温柔，問了很多問題很耐心的回答，我們大夥還在這裏泡了温泉，超級nice！酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住

酒店就在熱水寨漂流的終點，漂流全程差不多有2個小時，河水清澈，前後各1個護漂員，感覺安全刺激又好玩。賓館房間內的設施比較舊，可能開業久的緣故吧，四樓大天台有洗衣機洗衣服，温泉池我們去到給我們開了一個專池，自然環境比較好。

房間還行，乾淨衞生，中規中矩，淡季價格便宜，山莊內就有温泉泡，聽説住木屋的還有私人訂製的1個湯池，很不錯。是福泉酒店的平替，性價比高。

寵物友好，推薦住木屋，比較安靜，套餐不含温泉就380，温泉一人68，漂流168，推薦韶關本地人買個年卡200元一年泡浮囊都行，漂流4.6公里一個多小時刺激好玩安全，熱水鎮上推薦去什麼榮便利店，買雞蛋8元一斤，鵪鶉蛋等容易煮熟的食物，直走50米到98℃温泉煮雞蛋，這次行程很休閑，充分體驗元旦小長假度假的快樂

為了泡對面的温泉住的這個酒店，順便漂流，這個地方漂流風險比較大，我們一家人在最後一個彎翻船落水了，沿路翻船的人不少，很驚險。這個酒店勝在住宿便宜，招待所的水平，洗澡間估計是温泉水，熱水很足，離官溪温泉步行可到（還是開車進去比較好，官溪温泉很好）
