Except that the address is far from the city center, everything else is good. There are stations nearby where you can take a bus or tram, but the bus frequency at night is not very frequent.

Nella prenotazione comunico il mio arrivo per la tarda serata. Al momento della consegna della camera una sorpresa bruttissima. Entro e trovo la camera già occupata da altra coppia. La cosa incredibile è che non riescono a spiegare il motivo e confermano che quella doveva essere assegnata a me. Alla fine mi danno una camera con solo lettini (avevo prenotato una matrimoniale per me e mia moglie), caldissima e con aria condizionata non funzionante... Erano le 23 e pure molto stanco per cui non ho fatto storie. Ognuno faccia le proprie riflessioni. Un errore è sempre possibile ma una situazione del genere non mi era mai successa. Struttura nuova ma gestione pessima.

Non mi è mai capitata un’esperienza così pessima Ho solo prenotato telefonicamente la domenica mattina disdetto dopo due ore e il lunedì hanno avuto il coraggio di prendere 150 euro dalla mia carta e non è vero ke mi avevano inviato un’email x spiegare il tutto tant’è ke la settimana dopo ho ripetuto la cosa e lo stesso non mi è arrivata nessuna email
