Our expectations were much higher or at least on the level of 4* hotel (called Superior). Rooms are super nice, receptionist as well but that's about it. There's nothing else otherwise. Day bar (Snack Bar) is nice but closed, restaurant doesn't have much to offer, closes at 10pm, no outside terrace, only one in the restaurant with roof over it. There is no tea and coffee facility in the room either, there are no light bulbs at the common seating in the hallway, no seats on the common balcony either. Overall it's overpriced ordinary place. Will never be back. There are much cheaper and nicer 4*hotels in the neighborhood.
