Reservation made for a family room in a hotel facing the sea in Pontaillac.
We found ourselves at the other end of Royan in a guest house with 2 rooms that don’t even communicate…

Hôtel très bien placé. Accueil très agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Literie excellente. Je reviendrai dans cet endroit avec cette vue incroyable. Restaurants pas très loin de l'hôtel.

Nous avions réserve a deux une chambre triple supérieure face mer en pensant avoir un service un peu plus de qualité. La chambre n’a de superieure que le nom et le prix. Le 3e lit est calle dans le couloir face a la salle de bain et toilettes. Pas de machine a cafe avec capsule. La salle de bain et dans son jus et le petit déjeuner très simple avec fromage sous plastique et café réchauffe. L’hôtel n’est pas insonorisé. Enfin bref pour avoir fait de nombreux hôtels dans le cadre de mes déplacements aussi bien personnels que professionnels je peux dire que cet hôtel n’est pas a la hauteur des 3 étoiles affichées. J’ai mis deux étoiles pour la localisation de l’hôtel situé face a la plage de Pontaillac.

Les propriétaires sont charmants, la chambre très confortable avec une literie de qualité, joliment decoré et ça sent bon dans les chambres

L’hôtel est bien placé, face à la mer, une route le sépare de la plage. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le lit confortable, la salle de bain nickel. Le parking est petit mais en septembre il reste des places dans la rue. Le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner varié et le café à la française. Un hôtel très agréable
