Apartments Near the O2

They close office at 11 pm

Close to a scam. Booked though 3rd party site. No mention in the booking page about needing to pay a £500 security deposit by bank transfer after paying for the booking. Asking for ID to be uploaded to a link for every guest also. Really shady. Lost £150 as refused cancellation refund due to concerns. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Would give a zero if I could. Arrived and place was full of dead and alive flies and hair and filth all over the place. Contacted them straight away they hung up the phone and then after several attempts they just kept fobbing us off eventually said they won't refund us. Luckily We are getting refund throigh our bank instead as we used our credit card so going through bank and contacting police soon to report these scammers. Discusting and have seen lots of same reviews on the same place daying the same thing. Unfortunately it was my wife who booked it. We left the place and luckily found a bedroom at radison hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND DON’T CARE ! THEY REFUSED ME ENTRY EVEN THO I AM 29 EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM MY ID THE ONLY TIME THEY SEEM NICE IS WHEN THEY ARE TRYING COLLECT MONEY FOR THE HIGH DEPOSIT BE SMART BE BETTER THAN ME DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

The money price is no where worth the stay. .TV not working . Boiling kettle for tea/coffe smelling like hell… . The Entry system horrible not friendly with people with back and knee pains. . I booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment for 1 night as I was going to the o2 to watch a concert with my family, After booking the room I read the reviews and was very worried about what would ensue. To be fair the apartment was fine it was clean and modern and just the job. Anyone booking here should ignore the bad comments about the apartments there was nothing wrong with them, they are in a fantastic location for the o2 . There was some peeling paint in the bathroom the laminate flooring was loose in the hall, and a broken door handle to one of the bedrooms But these were cosmetic items that could easily be remedied, the bed were ok not amazing but fine, the check-in procedure is a bit of a hassle as it all done remotely and you need to check your email and send ID then a security deposit which was a first for me, then they emailed with a key code 3 p. We followed the instructions carefully and it went swimmingly smooth

If you’ve come here before booking well done! You’re smarter than me, please take our advice and book elsewhere. *********** need to take this place off its site. I recently tried to stay here 2nd September upon arrival the CSR hung up on me and my father multiple times. After i sent IDs they ignored us as they didn’t want us to stay in the property. They made it hard for us and stalled us until 11pm so we couldn’t check in anymore. Needless to say my sisters birthday was ruined and they’re now refusing to give me my deposit back even though booking is happy to refund me.
