Location: It's a good location, as it's located in Santa Village. Rovaniemi's public transportation ends early, so it's hard to play until late at night, but thanks to the good location, I was able to fully enjoy Santa Village.
Cleanliness: Compared to other hotels in the city, it was definitely clean and didn't smell. Above all, I was worried that it would be cold because it was a private house, but both the floor heating and the heater were on, so it was warm.
Friendliness: Most of the staff were friendly. However, I didn't say that dinner was included in my tour package, but in reality, dinner was included (the main dinner was free) and no staff member told me about this. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue through Trip.com, but ask the staff a lot of questions in advance.
Early check-in: If there was an empty room, they helped me check in early (for free). And the luggage storage service was good. There was a separate luggage storage room.
Breakfast: It was really delicious.
Aurora notification: You can set an alarm with the hotel pad. Unfortunately, I didn't see it.
Sauna: I used a room with a private sauna. (This is not the product. I booked 2 other accommodations separately.) The sauna had a nice woody scent as soon as I entered and it worked well.
Everything was perfect. It was worth the money.
However, I felt that it was a good accommodation to see the stars rather than to enjoy the aurora indoors. Because the aurora is not easily visible to the naked eye 🥹
