Just right near the bus stop from Rovaniemi train station. Able to checkin only after 1500. Luggage store provided.
Family room is good for 3 pax. Assigned at the new building with brand new room (Stay Dec 2022).
Room condition superb Clean.
Not much room amenities.
Ssfety box not working.
Housekeeping assisted to setup extrabed. Very efficient.
Near to the shopping centre. Few chinese/Asian restaurant. The fast food restaurants around the corner.
River cannot be crossed and the view was great during sun rise.
Overall bed, shower room was great.
Breakfast was great too. Local spread of food.
Staff helpful and good service in English.
Recommended hotel to stay!

An old hotel with a good environment, the buffet is very good 👍 The room is old, the hygiene is okay, there is no kettle.

Check in very late with one of the room. We booked 4 rooms. We managed to have three room key by 3pm and the last one was 9pm in the evening. We stayed for 4 nights. No cleaning in the room such as empty the bins or refill / cleaning the coffee cups and drinks. The shower door is not seal tight and leaking after each shower.

Excellent location hotel, good size and modern looking room with very nice riverview. Breakfast was very good with many different choices. The only bad thing was that even though smoking is forbidden inside the rooms, there were some people smoking anyway so our room smelled like an ashtray. Even though we complained to the reception nothing changed. But overall it was a nice hotel and we would stay again.

The hotel was nice. Plenty of parking, nice room, lovely pool that was open all day. Good beds. View over the river. Restaurant fantastic. What delicious food and good service. Especially the reindeer dishes were great. The menu is recommended. Breakfast was great. Only a pity that on Friday night there was a party in the area until 03.00 loud music

We stayed at this property during a vacation organized by GIVER. Our room was in the new section of the hotel and from what we could understand it was better than the others. Basic furnishings but wooden and modern, the bathroom was very large and everything was extremely bright. The hotel is located near the central square of Rovaniemi and very close to the starting point of organized excursions. Excellent breakfast and dinner with a wide choice of foods, even fish, fresh and tasty. There is a shortage of sweets even at breakfast but this is common in northern countries. The staff is friendly and very kind.

Arrived in the evening, and was at first a bit disappointed to get a room in the oldest part, with a view against the street, but HEY, the room was very good. I arrived to late to get a dinner in the restaurant, but since the hotel is "downtown" it was only a few meters to an open restaurant. I particular liked the location by the river, and that it was only a few meters away from the starting point of the VoiceMap digital walking tour, that guides you through the city and its history - really nice! Friendly emplyees and a nice atmosphere - I will return nest time! :)
