First and foremost,...DO NOT STAY HERE....We stayed for two nights on 7/26 and 7/27...Our room smelled like mold/mildew strongly. When running the in wall A/C unit it became progressively worse, and it was leaking water causing the carpet to be soaked. We asked the front desk if there was anything they could do and we got told no. They were full and there was no maintenance around. We asked if they had some odor absorbers and he said no, just air freshener. Being 8 months pregnant, I was concerned about breathing the mildewy air in all night. The next day, I again asked the front desk to please do something, as I was now congested. They were busy at the time and I asked them to call me to let me know if someone would be coming to look at it. They never called. A few hours later I went back down and it was brushed off that they forgot because they're busy since they were fully booked, yet both front desk personal were just sitting at the desk when we walked down, with no guests and not on the phone. They finally had maintenance come and they cleaned the carpet and vacuumed the A/C unit, then placed a couple of fans in the room to dry things up. This didn't resolve the issue. I emailed the general manager on 7/27 about the issue and the lack of concern and action from the staff. Cindy, the general manager responded on 7/29, apologizing for the experience we had and then excusing why the A/C unit caused water and said they'd refund one night of our stay to our card. I replied to that email and she never responded. Then I asked on 7/31 when the refund would take place and she said on 8/1 that it was done last night and it would show up in a day or so. It's now 8/6 and the credit never showed up, rather, I had an additional charge for $169.12 to my card today. When I phoned and spoke with her and stated that my card was charged she put me on hold, only to come back and state that the girl did charge the card and would be refunding it "now". No apology for the error, even after explaining that this unexpected charge caused an order for my baby's car seat to not go through. No explanation as to why the refund wasn't done when she said it would be a week ago. Nothing. The staff here are unacceptable. They don't care, they are just "doing their job" and very poorly at that. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE. If you have any issue or concern, it will be excused and blown off and will be a stressful experience trying to resolve it.
