Price was good, rooms were clean and well equipped. It’s an older place but rooms have been updated. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Fantastic motel
We had a fabulous stay at the Admiral Motor Inn.
The property is in an excellent location, just a short walk to Rosebud Pier, restaurants and cafes.
The rooms are very well appointed with a great renovated bathroom, gorgeous linen and a very comfy bed.
We had a desk, small dining table and even a couple of comfy lounge chairs to relax in.
This place is not 2.5 stars! It is so much better than that.
We highly recommend staying here. We will be back next time we are in the area.

Fabulous
A lovely place to stay. It was very welcoming when we arrived to find the lamps lit and the heating on. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Large bath towels too, a real plus.

Very impressed with our room and had everything we needed. Neal is very friendly and accommodating. Location is good with the beach across the road and good restaurants 600 m. away so easily walkable. Good central point for exploring the Mornington Peninsula.

One of the best motels we've stayed at. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Close to restaurants and shops. Hosts were helpful and the room was immaculate. No noise from the busy street. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Highly recommended! Great location. Everything was super clean and comfortable- the rooms are pleasant and everything was in perfect working condition! The host was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area. Will stay again!
