It's Rosarito, so eat well and do not expect it to be the Ritz. No wash cloths & hand towels. Careful about buying the fast pass....we got scammed

Very clean resort! Everyone super friendly. Wish they had the bar from the big tower open. No drinks were allowed and the closest bar was the lobby bar. It was unconvinient to walk wet through the hotel just for a drink.

Just, no. There are far better places in Mexico than this, the water is a constant red flag so no swimming, no towels for the pool as well as only two towels in our room! No washcloths or hand towels and one small water bottle for two people. No coffee or tea service in the room either. Kinda rundown and dingy so disappointing for us. It's a no for me☹️ The Valle de Guadalupe is amazing for wine if you enjoy reds🍇🍷🌵

We were unable to get dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, napkins, and wash clothes in our 1 bdr condo unit during our 1 wk stay. The staff were all very nice and friendly, but not being able to get basic kitchen/bath supplies is not acceptable.

We had some confusion about what room we rented. We thought we had rented a suite with kitchenette. It was actually a “junior” suite on the first floor. The good news is that we were able to upgrade to what we thought we were getting anyway, for “only” ten dollars a night. We had three great nights there. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The shower was hot. The WiFi was spotty. But better than two years ago. The location is perfect. The sunset view is spectacular!

CONS:They have many different rooms to choose from. My review is on the 1 bedroom in the pacific tower. The floor was cold, and had small river rock imbedded in the pattern on the floor. The bed was old and unconformable, the table/chairs in the room were outdoor patio furniture, and the glass on the side of the door to the balcony was dirty and unable to be clean due to the dirt being in between the glass panes. PROS: Amazing view of the pool and ocean, delicious restaurants, yummy coffee, located perfectly from anywhere you would want to go, friendly staff, decent gym, lovely infinity pool, two hot pools to choose from, and access to the pier.

I did a one week time share exchange and stayed in a room in the Condo Hotel side that had a kitchenette. I was hoping to fish on the pier every day and drink margaritas I made in my room by the pool. Couldn't do either. Found out upon arrival that the pier was closed to fishing even though their website talks about how great the fishing is from the pier. Upon check in, I got bounced around to 4 different rooms. sent twice to incorrect rooms, and one with a broken safe. I had to drag my luggage with me each time and couldn't unpack until 7:30PM. 3.5 hour runaround and all Johnny, front desk manager, would offer me was a dinner from the getaway menu which included no sides, no desert, and the best item was a chicken burrito. Hotel policy does not allow any food or drink not purchased at the hotel in the pool and other common areas including the condo's pool area. This despite being a condo hotel with kitchens and privately owned units. I would never buy at a place with this policy. Staff is great. views are great, location is great. Rosarito is quite dead during the week so be prepared.

Rosarito Beach Hotel Review Stay week of 9/29 through 10/6/23. I have stayed at the Rosarito Beach Hotel a few times over the years and looked forward to spending my week there. It was a time share exchange and my stay was in a one-bedroom unit with a partial kitchen. I was looking forward to fishing on the pier every day and eating the local food which I enjoy very much. Alfredo went with me to get my luggage from my truck to bring into the lobby and he saw my fishing gear and told me that the pier was closed to fishing. My jaw dropped as this was one of the major reasons I decided to come to this hotel. With only shore fishing available at the property, this was the same hit or miss fishing just like where I live in San Diego. He told me they closed the pier to fishing in February and the entire second (deep) half of the pier was closed off. I was gutted. Turns out that the hotel’s website still brags about the great fishing available from their famous pier. My check-in was a disaster. I arrived at the check in time (4PM) and they sent me to the 3rd floor of the Pacifico Tower. When the bellman and I arrived there with all of my luggage, the door was latched from the inside. The room was occupied. Reception sent us to the wrong room. The Bellman went back to the lobby while I waited next to the elevator and after a few minutes, he returned and we went to the 4th floor. I was given room 412. I tipped the bellman and he left. Shortly thereafter and before I unpacked, I noticed that the safe was not working. It is crucial for me to have a safe, particularly for longer stays so I asked the housekeeper to call it in for me. I left for a while and went to the bank hoping that the safe could be repaired and I could settle in. I hoped to drive to the grocery store and stock up for the week. About an hour later, I returned to the room and the safe still did not have power. I went downstairs and asked the front desk if they could take care of it and they said that they would so I went to the bar to take advantage of their two for one happy hour special. Two margaritas and one hour later, I returned to the room to find that the safe was still not functional. I called downstairs and they sent Jesus from security to the room to see if he could fix it. After trying for a little while, Jesus determined that the safe was not repairable and called downstairs to try to get me another room. I asked for the highest floor possible and they sent us to
