Great location and room was very clean. But in my opinion far away from a 5-star-hotel, though. We had a room close to the elevators and heard the “bing” sound of the doors opening and closing all night. We had a few questions raised to the front desk staff and didn’t always get a very helpful or friendly answer (and sometimes due to lacking English skills, no answer at all). It felt very much like a business hotel were people stay repeatedly for one night just for sleeping and don’t care about much else.
One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the rooftop. I was aware that the pool wouldn’t be open in October but they didn’t even have the cafe/bar open so I couldn’t go to the rooftop at all. And again, no apology or nice word, just: “it’s closed”. Next time I’ll stay in a smaller, Boutique like hotel in BA where I feel like the service is more personal and accommodating.

El Hotel es precioso y está muy bien renovado. Mi habitación era enorme y súper estilosa. Desayuno estupendo y muy completo. El personal del hotel fue muy flexible con mi salida ya que me recogía un remis a las 2 pm y me permitieron quedarme en la trabajando en la habitación hasta entonces.

Todo excelente, tanto el servicio, la atención, limpieza, comida, etc.... La habitación muy linda, el colchón dan ganas de llevárselo: comodísimo!!!! Muy buena onda y predisposición de los empleados . Sinceramente recomendable, supero ampliamente mis expectativas.

El hotel es hermoso, conserva la estructura original del hotel pero con toda la modernidad en las habitaciones e instalaciones. El personal súper amable y el desayuno servido en el Rock and Feller es espectacular. La ubicación es inmejorable ya que se encuentra muy cerca del centro, del monumento a la bandera y de la zona costera.

Excelente hotel habitaciones amplias buen estilo desayuno impecable abundante variado piscina climatizada y tiene otra q no fui al aire libre sauna bar de lujo ubicación de 10! Nada q criticar volvería sin dudar y lo recomiendo no duden en ir decoración la mejor

Olor en el pasillo, habitación medio pelo, ruido en el patio de luz que da a la habitación. Atención medio pelo, me tuve que ir antes del desayuno y no me brindaron ningún tipo de asistencia como para poder tomar algo. Si no fuera por el Rock and fellers lo calificaría con mucho menos.

Excelente opción en Rosario, muy buena ubicación, amabilidad del personal excepcional y muy buenas instalaciones. Habitaciones cómodas, buenas sábanas, almohadas, buen desayuno. Hotel muy cuidado. La cena es algo ruidosa pero en un muy lindo lugar y hay que tener en cuenta que está lleno todas las noches para bajar a cenar con tiempo

La atención, la ubicación y los espacios y las instalaciones del hotel son de categoría. También es dable destacar la exelente predisposición del personal, siempre atentos. Aunque corta mí estadía por motivos personales, me gustó mucho el hotel, lo recomiendo y volveré a hospedarme seguramente.
