I tell you my experience of a robbery:
I gave my boyfriend a weekend at the BEST SABINAL hotel in Roquetas de Mar.
Last night I left my PANDORA BRACELET in the soap dish in the bathtub, since I always take it off when I shower so it doesn't turn black.
Today we have gone to Almeria capital to spend the day there and when we arrived the room was clean and that, and my BRACELET was not where I left it. We have searched every corner of the room, which by the way, the cleaning was quite regular. We have gone to reception to see who has entered the room and that, solutions 0.
I find it unfortunate that in a hotel considered quite good and 4 stars, they have cleaning staff who are thieves.

Just wrapped up my stay at this fantastic hotel, and I have to say, it was impressive from start to finish. Everything was organized perfectly, and you can tell the staff is genuinely focused on making sure guests have a great experience. Management has really put together a top-notch team – everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and dedicated. I especially have to thank Hugo, the night receptionist, who went above and beyond to help me when I arrived late and tired. He was incredibly patient, quick to sort out a small issue with my booking, and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. It’s rare to come across someone so kind and genuinely caring. Hugo truly made a difference in my stay, and I hope management recognizes how much he adds to the guest experience. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d absolutely choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Lovely clean hotel we had a room with a sea view the room was an extra 10 Euros a day. This was the first time we had to pay extra when staying in a,hotel and requesting a sea view. The beds were comfortable the rooms were kept clean with clean towels every day. Staff helpful. The cleaners kept everything looking spotless throughout the hotel. Food was plentiful always something to choose from. The Food was not always as hot as we are used to,but as the hotel was busy and the restaurant was full you have to expect that it is very difficult to keep everything fresh and hot. Location was ideal a walk out of the gate took you to the beach a 10 minute walk will take you to the centre. Had a nice stay, would stay again if we visit the same area

This was our fourth visit to the Best Sabinal in Roquetas de Mar We had a great holiday met up with others who were on their return visits to this hotel it seems popular so we’re not the only ones who enjoy it As before everything was good So we’ll be back next year

We have had a great 3 days visit to this hotel. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Family room on the 7 floor was big, clean, big and comfy beds. Wide arrangement of food on dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included on dinner, but you can buy unlimited drinks bracelet. Coffee is ok. Animation. Kids club (unfortunately, girls in 2024 didn’t speak English well, but they are nice). Warm water in outdoor pool on October! Near the sea, the coast of small pebbles. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, very clean, very friendly staff and excellent food. My daughter has a food allergie and the kitchen staff was very accomodating. There is a stop for a public bus to Almeria around the corner, and the sea is just near the hotel. It is a place to go back!

Het is 'n fijn hotel met 'n goede service en vriendelijk personeel. De buffetten zijn erg uitgebreid en nog lekker ook. Je loopt het hotel uit en zit meteen op de lange boulevard om over te wandelen. Heb je daar geen zin in dan kun je ook op het strand gaan kijken of liggen.

Great staff,room(sea view) well worth it,located perfect.Great inclusive drinks entertainment on every night will be going September 2025 again already booked.Hotel very clean and great for children. Bus routes good pick bus stop 2 min round corner. !!!
