Yha per electric problem rhta hai or basics kit bhi nhi dete hai pani jo ki compliment hona chahiye at least one bottle vo bhi nhi dete hai.

A good stay. Bathroom was clean. The bedsheets, pillow, blanket etc were clean. Location is very convenient for people visiting iit roorkee. Toiletries were not there in my room when i checked in.

this property is located 1 min off the main bus stand at roorkee. it does not have onsite restaurent but food is available easily within walking distance or can be arranged by hotel. well mai tained property absolutely clean with huge windows and enough natural lights in the room. staff and service is excellent.
in one word extremely great experience and would recommend and visit again to taste excellent customer service.

The food was brought from some local shop and served. The room was not ready even after 1 pm. Room was wet. Worst service.

Small but clean rooms, infrastructure is good. There was a vert small spider near bed but other than that the hotel was really nice. They provided heater as well. Place is really quiet and clam. Would suggest you to book if you want hygienic and clean rooms.
