辦理入住的Summer Jack非常熱情，看到帶小朋友還贈送了酒店自製小餅乾 房間安排的很好 酒店設施設備也很新
早餐的Zoe（應該是沒看太清）也非常熱情 前前後後幫我們打咖啡 給寶寶打熱水 非常感謝
安排的寶寶床圍還貼心的放了驅蚊貼
BTW 2062房間的文具該換一換了
酒店整體設計屬於輕奢 房間有衞洗麗 咖啡機等等
整體評價五顆星
上面三位員工的服務讓我感受到了真正的待客之道 賓至如歸

All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. 今年兩度來到VOCO了，在雄安新區住過好幾家同檔次酒店，比較下來VOCO的服務是最好的，不是那種冷冰冰疏離的客氣，而是真的很温暖。公公下週八十大壽，長者不適合遠遊，這周就週末帶老兩口從天津過來感受一下雄安新區，也算是壽禮之一。酒店知道我們帶着長者提前給升級了房間，安排了一樓房間，到店後處處關心，領着着我們到房間門口，特別要提的是前台那位剛剛二十歲的小姑娘，特別可愛真誠，對工作充滿了熱情。酒店的一樓自助早餐也沒有因為淡季而縮水，種類豐富，味道很好。在VOCO酒店，隨處都能讓人如沐春風，感受到尊重和關愛。
