This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to make a booking for. So many things were wrong it's hard to list them. Swimming pool was empty but for a stagnant puddle of algae and flies buzzing. TV didn't work. Toilet cistern misfunction. Overflowed or didn't' stop. Needed to be manually operated by lowering or raising the float mechanism. Worst of all there was no hot water. It was a double bed but only three pillows provided. The location was difficult to find,and the sign outside was almost unreadable. OK it was cheap but it was dreadful.

A dreadful place which was not as described. No one on site. No hot water. The cistern for the WC was faulty and to be operated by lifting the lid off to reposition the float. The TV did not work as it seemed to have no signal connected. The so called swimming pool was like a septic tank and was an obvious health hazard as it swarmed with flies.

The building was closed when we arrived despite promised 24/7 reception. Contact phone number not answered. Only got in after a neighbour phoned someone. No pool, cafe, breakfast. Leg on bed and lock broken. Had booked for 2 nights but left after1. Room we got was not the one booked. Information on website does not reflect the reality. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in: book elsewhere, Ronda well worth a visit

Un trato inhumano y con muy malas educación. Personal muy desagradable e incapaz de ponerse en lugar del otro en un mal momento. Solo pedíamos comprensión ante el fallecimiento de un familiar y solo recibimos desabruptos. Nada recomendable

Llegamos al hotel y estaba COMPLETAMENTE CERRADO, tuvimos que esperar a que nos abrieran la puerta. Cuando nos dan la habitación, no era la que habíamos reservado, tuvimos que volver a esperar a que nos aprobaran el cambio! Finalmente nos hacen el cambio y encontramos un apartamento que no tiene NINGÚN TIPO DE MENAJE, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y el estado del hotel bastante dejado. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación.
