La décoration, au rez de chaussé et dans la salle de restaurant, est le point fort de cet hôtel restaurant situé au cœur de la ville Nous avons apprécié le calme de la chambre, et la disponibilité du personnel. Restaurant étoilé, très belle carte des vins.

J’ai récemment dîné dans ce restaurant et l’expérience fut exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement ce qui a créé une atmosphère convivial élégante. Les plats étaient délicieux raffinés témoignant d’une grande maîtrise culinaire et d’une attention aux détails. Le service était impeccable avec un personnel attentif et professionnel, capable d’anticiper nos besoins sans être envahissant.

Appalling service from staff - could never find any! Lukewarm welcome. Outdated equipment. Appalling wifi. Ladies toilets were dirty. “Suite” was tiny - vastly overpriced

Nous avions gardé les meilleurs souvenirs d’une escale au Lion d’Or et nous n’avons pas été déçus: Accueil courtois et bienveillant , professionnalisme, ambiance feutrée, très belle chambre bien équipée, cuisine à la hauteur des attentes, service parfait, gentillesse des maîtres de maison. Ici l’hôtellerie est une passion familiale qui se transmet de génération en génération. Nous n’attendrons plus 40 ans pour revenir.

We boeken altijd een suite als wij reizen. Zo ook in dit hotel. Je kon niet douchen want het water loopt na 1 minuut door de zwaar verouderde badkamer zo de kamer in. Alles was drijfnat. De fohn was zo'n vergeelde platte uit de jaren 70. Michelinster restaurant vonden wij smakeloos. Alles was gewoon geweest, oud en versleten. Het hotel ligt in een slechte buurt en helemaal niet in een leuk centrum.
