Located in the middle of tourist spots in Rome, but awful service. Firstly, when you enter the hotel with all the lagugage, there are many steps which make it difficult to carry your stuff. The room was very small, I wanted to heat up my food, they said the microwave doesn't work or exist 🙄🙄🙄🙄the worst part was breakfast only hot thing on the menue was scrambled eggs ham, which were both tasteless 😳😳watermelon was the only available fruit, which most days they brought lame excuses why they can't have it, 🤔🤔🤔the juice was powder mixed with water 🤔🙄😱, the cakes and cheese were entirely tasteless, mainly factory packaging, not homemade, for a hotel with this price, the breakfast is awful 😣😣😣
Clean , comfortable hotel, well situated and very helpful staff. Bathrooms recently upgraded so very smart. Breakfast was ok . Only downsides were the lift not working ( but not a big issue for us ) and the ongoing building work at the hotel…do they really need to start banging so early ?

The suite was gorgeous and our host was extremely responsive, attentive, hospitable and made our experience just that much better. Trip.com, however, threw a BIG wrench in our check-in process as we needed a code to access the suite the first time (then we were given a key card and actual keys for the building's exterior doors) and our host was unable to access ANY info to contact us via Trip.com. So if you book by Trip.com, be sure to message/text/Whatsapp the provided phone number or else you'll find yourself a little stuck like we did. Thankfully, a kind gentleman helped us out and all was well. I'd 100% recommend staying here and I hope we have the opportunity to do so too.

Great hotel in perfect location with very attentive and knowledgeable staff. More than decent breakfast, nice rooms (decent size by European standards), great views from the roof top bar and pool. A lot of nice restaurants and trattorias around. Very safe area. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

I have never been to a place where a hotel feels like home. This is one of the amazing benefits of staying in Ostello Bello. The staff, bartenders, and night shift felt like absolute family by the end and I truly will never stay anywhere else while in Rome. Fravio (hope I am spelling that right) made my trip with his kind and friendly demeanor. All of the bartenders made me feel at home and welcome at all times. Treating me more than fairly in every citrcumstance. The rooms were clean and nice, with working showers and good facilities. I truly have nothing negative to say about my visit.

Stayed with my niece in a ”Family Room” on the 3rd floor. The room provided the desired level of privacy while still staying together. The main bedroom was separated from the sitting room (that was setup with a pullout couch) by thick drapes allowing each of us to have our own space. The bathroom, that was through the sitting room, only had one sink, but was still large enough for two people to get ready at once. The room was complete with amenities such as kettle with instant coffee and tea, mini fridge with beverages, bathroom amenities including dental and shaving kits, bathrobe and slippers and nice large towels. The breakfast room with beautiful views all around was a great way to start the day. The breakfast offering was pleasant (not the largest spread but enough to start the day and save room for lots of other Italian food). We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, The American. Tasty table snacks were served with the drinks. The bartenders were friendly, and also happy to make creative cocktails not on the menu. As all reviews note, the hotel is in a great location. Really easy to get around and plenty of restaurants to enjoy at night. It is true that any hallway noise could easily be heard in the room, but given all of the other positive attributes to the hotel, I won't let that deter me from booking the hotel again.
”I recently stayed at this lovely hotel located in a charming area. Despite booking the cheapest option, the room was very tiny yet surprisingly comfortable. However, it's worth noting that if you have more than one bag, space might be a bit tight.
One of the highlights of the hotel is its proximity to the train station, restaurants, and bars, making it convenient for exploring the area. While water wasn't provided for free in the room, there was complimentary tea available at the reception, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The cozy room, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities made for an enjoyable visit.”
My girlfriend and I stayed for a week in this hotel .. what to say? MARVELOUS. The hotel's location is perfect as it allows you to move quickly and easily to visit the most beautiful places in the city such as the Colosseum! As soon as you arrive, I immediately notice the kindness and friendliness of Mr. ANTONIO at the reception who welcomed us warmly. We check-in and immediately go up to the room. The hotel looks great, the cleanliness immediately catches the eye. The room is equipped with all comforts, spacious and very refined, the TV is equipped with a system that allows you to book tours from the comfort of your bed, updating the weather, news, menus and history ... in my opinion it is something that I really appreciated. All flawless! Since Rome is a very tired city, we also allowed ourselves the spa, what can I say .. Unique! From the hot tub, to the sauna and emotional showers. Also on the roof there is a terrace to have breakfast and enjoy a beautiful view! We will definitely be back!
I couldn't stay at this hotel. It was a communication problem between the hotel and Ctrip. I received the confirmation, but there was no room when I arrived at the hotel. After a lot of communication, the hotel upgraded me to Anantara. This responsible attitude is still okay. I hope it will be next time. The first time I had a chance, he was very close to the attraction.

Highly recommended hotel!
Stayed here for the last 2 nights of our European trip. The Colosseum can be seen from the window. The location is great! The subway station, the Colosseum and various ruins are right at the door. You can walk to Plaza de España, the Trevi Fountain and other attractions within 20 minutes.
A quiet road in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very quiet at night!
The room size is really impressive in Rome! To be exact, there are no such generous rooms in the entire Europe.
The entire suite is a suite with a living room➕bedroom. The layout is comfortable and elegant, very comfortable!
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room. It only costs 10 euros per person, but it is very rich!
All the service staff in the hotel are also very enthusiastic, giving us a great impression at the end of our European trip! ! !

Excellent
GGuest UserPersonally like it, the night is very quiet, 18 minutes away from the central railway station, but so much praise is true, the room is very comfortable, there is a platform upstairs to sit and watch the scenery, drink a little drink, are great The breakfast is also very rich, the grilled bacon is very popular, and the sugar-free yogurt is also very good! The croissant is delicious. The restaurant is also beautiful
CCapyBobThe location of the hotel is very good, just next to the Colosseum, you can see great architectural beauty no matter day or night, the staff is also very nice and courteous and the service is kind, but we chose 2 single bed, the bed is very small, the bathroom in the room is also very small, fortunately my friends and I are very mini, It is not recommended that tall passengers choose here. For you, it should not be crowded. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. Although everyone is very patient to reduce the volume as much as possible, it is still easy to hear the footsteps and voices of others. It is recommended that people who are sensitive to sound should prepare earplugs!
陈陈Breakfast is not used in the hotel. You can pay 6 euros per person and ask for a list from the front desk. Go out with the list and turn right for 200 meters. After passing a small intersection, walk a few steps straight to a small restaurant. 6 Euro includes a pastry, a cup of juice and a cup of coffee. We like to order the croissant. We must ask the waiter to add chocolate or cream to the croissant. If you don’t ask for it, it’s vegetarian. It seems that an extra bed is not enough. But you can book a room with a double bed and a small bed. This room type is on the sixth floor. We have lived in both types of rooms. We booked on different platforms and gave different rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is convenient to go everywhere. Go out and turn left and walk 5 minutes to the subway station. There is a Chinese restaurant next to the subway station. There is also a Chinese restaurant when you turn right out of the hotel! Rome is not big, you can walk to various famous attractions without taking the subway! At the beginning, we used the subway to get there, but later found that it was very convenient to walk. In Rome, you can only feel the charm of this city on foot! It is particularly worth mentioning that the three receptionists at the front desk of the hotel have excellent service! Will book this hotel next time.
Mmat154Excellent small guest house within easy walking of Termini ( 15 mins ) Trevi ( 15 mins ) Colosseum ( 20 mins ) loads of restaurants and cafes . The property is located in a gated courtyard of a small cross street with restaurants and cafes on it . We were sent clear and easy to follow instructions from the owners how to enter the courtyard and find the property. The property is on the 6th floor and is serviced by a lift , the lift is quite small so if you have a lot of luggage you may have to do a couple of trips . We had a quadruple room which had two double beds , fridge , table and plenty of storage, there was a Tv with Netflix, Prime etc . Breakfast was served from 7:30 to 9:30 by the owner’s mother a lovely lady and we had juice, pastries, fresh fruit and coffee each day our room was cleaned daily . Overall was a lovely stay at I think a very reasonable price would definitely stay again and recommend to others
GGuest UserThe rooms were as pictured and clean. Receptionist answered questions quickly prior to arrival. It was easy to find but the hotel is actually on the 3 floor which we didn’t know. We called when we got there as we were unaware of this. Lots of stairs. They do have a very tiny and sketchy elevator. I don’t like elevators so I would never ever step foot in this one. Reception from 8-8. The keys were difficult to navigate so pay attention when he shows you how to use them! Design was nice and the rooms were clean. Receptionist mailed our postcards. He was very friendly. He showed us a map and where the locations of things were and how far. It was 10-15 from colosseum, 10 from Trevor fountain and 10 from Spanish steps. 30 min from Travestere. We did not go to Vatican as he said it was a 1 hour walk and we were only in Rome for 24 hours. 10 minute walk from train station. We did walk this there and back with all our luggage and two small children and it was fine. A little busy but not bad.
윤윤세경Termini station is within 10 minutes walk and is right next to Santa Maria Cathedral. It's my first trip to the new destination, but the room I booked was too small than I thought, so I added 10 euros a day and stayed in a room that was 3 days more spacious. It's okay to believe and go out! Communication with the Watts app is quick and friendly! And the heater came out well, so I slept hot ㅎㅎ Sound insulation, there is noise outside, but isn't it a must for ear plug travel? Most of Rome is old buildings, so I can't help it, and I'm glad there's an elevator. The building in the photo is a window view. Oh, and there was a taxi platform right in front of me, so it was really comfortable. The mart is right in front of you! The best value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
MMANLIThe biggest feature is that the drink tube is enough. I did not finish the drink for the three nights alone. Of course, I liked the juice. I drank both bottles. The potato chips were also eaten. Drinks, dining environment is also very good, there is a handsome waiter, everyone can feel it.
GGuest UserThe location is quite concenient: there are highly-rated restaurant and ice cream parlor downstairs. The front desk service is also warm and attentive. (And he showed some Chinese sentences to me and speaked really well.)
The room is small (10 m*m) but warm and clean. There is also a small refrigerator with two bottles of water as welcome. The only issue is that the soundproofing of the room door is not very good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great. The only issue was their air-conditioning was not working. It is still cool enough at night. to sleep. My positive experience before we left home, Sabrina, one of the front office people set up our port and airport transportation. The hotel is very clean and pretty quiet. The employees are very nice and helpful. The included breakfast has a lot of choices. The location is prime in central Rome within walking distance of most of the major sights. There are a lot of restaurants in close proximity. We would gladly stay here again.
