We stayed for 4 nights at the Holiday Inn, the airport shuttle was not available to bring us from the airport but we were able to get it back so can't really complain. No problems with check in, the ladies on reception were very friendly as was everyone we encountered at the hotels. Rooms were good size, very clean and serviced every day. Breakfast has plenty of variety there is something for everyone, honestly if you couldn't find something to eat its not the hotels fault. The hot food isn't exactly hot but the hotel caters for large numbers so its not a cooked to order type of place and again if you want a full English this is not the place to go. We ate a few nights in the restaurant and to be honest if was very hit and miss, pizza was good as was the pasta dishes. we had the chicken one night and it wasn't the best. Kids eat free so added bonus. The gym is well equipped. the pool was being renovated so we got to use the pool a few minutes walk from the hotel again it would have been nice to be informed that the pool was being renovated just so we would have had choice about our booking but again nothing major about a few minutes walk. The bar is really lovely to have a drink and chill but the hotel when we stayed was very busy so didn't get a real opportunity to sit and relax there. No major complaints from us but would have loved a fridge in the room it was super hot outside and would have been nice to have the complimentary water chilled. On our last night a tour group arrived so there was a lot of banging of doors and people talking in the corridor late in the night, nothing the hotel can do about loud individuals being inconsiderate to those asleep but other than that a very nice stay. Reception sell the train tickets into Rome and the station is a short walk away. The area is a bit run down but that's nothing to do with the hotel. We would be back to see the renovations in the pool area. Thank you
Beautiful Hotel, great value, a bit far from Rome and any activities. The pool had not opened yet so not much to do as tourists in this beautiful hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk helpful. As others have discussed, on multiple occasions, room service phones go unanswered, just ring and ring. Breakfast for $15. Per person is the best you will ever experience. The wait staff were awesome. The shuttle service into Rome is a good value, $15 round trip but only runs 4 times per day, does not leave early enough to get you to the airport for an early flight and returns at 9pm, just when the Romans are waking up. The shuttle also stops at 2-3 other INH properties, which causes it to sell out days in advance ( frequently). If the shuttle is full or the times don’t work, now you are into serious dollars to hire a taxi into Rome center. Depending upon where you are going, $45-60 one way ( for 2). We also paid $50 taxi fare from the airport each way.so over the course of the 4.5 days at the hotel, we spent $250-$300 for transportation just to get to town. If I were not staying on points, I would consider an in-town option.
The hotel is relatively close to the airport. It costs 31 euros to take a taxi to the airport, which is a normal fee in Europe. You can go to Plaza de España or the Vatican. The Colosseum is also good. The price of this hotel next to the airport is relatively cheap.

Staff were pleasant, location perfect if you want to be close to the airport. They advertise that they have a shuttle to the airport for 5 Euro and I even confirmed this via email but turns out they did not for some reason. A taxi ride is @ 32 Euros for 4 people with luggage. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. There is no safe in the room. The shower area is big enough. There is an Italian restaurant about a 2 minute walk . It was good but the owners didn't speak very much English, they will show you their menu on a tablet for you to browse thru. Otherwise they have the menu on a QR code that you can look at if you want that choice. Very friendly people there. There is a grocery story within walking distance . Staff were very helpful with directions. Would stay again.
We were traveling with a group of students from the US and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading the last few reviews. Our rooms were very large with balconies that overlooked a football field or the pool area. The beds were firm but we checked the mattresses and they appeared clean (and some seemed to be brand new, perhaps in response to earlier reviews?). The bathroom was clean with a tub/shower that had ample hot water and water pressure and we were provided with four towels for two guests; although they were on the thin side they did the job (we don't use washcloths so unlike prior reviewers this was not an issue for us); there was also bar soap and small containers of body wash/shampoo provided. There was a cute little kitchen area (but we didn't use it) that contained a microwave, a small fridge, and a hot pot with teas and sugars (but no coffee or creamer - perhaps an area of improvement?). We heard no noise, either from outside or from other rooms, and the TV worked fine. There were two lifts that operated well and quickly, which was especially important for our group with lots of luggage. The breakfast was small but had delicious chocolate croissants that we all greatly enjoyed. We had a specified breakfast area and time for our group, but we adhered to the time and did not experience any issues. The staff was very nice and even provided a croissant on a small dish with a candle (and a lighter) so we could sing Happy Birthday to one of our kids! The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, so prior reviewers are correct in saying that it is not near anything and requires driving - but this is what we prefer as there isn't anything nearby that the kids wanted to sneak off and do! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

A large five-star hotel with more than 200 rooms, so it is standard, and there are no surprises. Junior Suite 449 with a balcony, overlooking the fountain square and the church next to it, feels pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the ingredients were great. I went to the swimming pool on the roof terrace, but unfortunately, it was closed at the end of September! Very disappointed.

It just gave me care like my family! !! !!
During the first day of the check-in, some accidents happened. The little brother at the restaurant helped collect the luggage. The little brother at the front desk helped check the relevant information of the police station and embassy. He also told me how to deal with the current situation. Under the circumstances, also helped me to deal with the related matters in a short time, not too nice! !! !!
Today, the aunt at the front desk completely looked at me as a family member. After knowing my situation, not only invited me to dinner, but also gave me transportation costs! !! !! Also help me figure out how to get cash. Throughout the process, the front desk aunt kept saying I ’m so worry about you. You ’re not along. Do n’t worry. At that time, I didn't know how to express my gratitude and gratitude, I could only hug my aunt constantly!

We spent one night in mid-May staying at Hotel Cellini in Rome while in transit from Ischia via Naples to Rome Airport after a month-long visit to Centra Italy. We selected this hotel based on Rick Steve’s Italy guidebook because it was not far from Termini Station. As it turns out, it was too far for us to walk with two suitcases on a hot afternoon in May and we ended up taking both a taxi to the hotel and a fixed rate taxi (arranged by the hotel) to FCO airport the next day. Simply put, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is well located in a restored 19th Century building and exudes a surprising elegance. Our room (a junior suite double room) was quiet, clean, spacious and nicely furnished, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast included in our rate was a generous buffet with seating in both a covered patio and an internal room with booth seating. Even though our stay was short, we were very satisfied with our accommodations at Hotel Cellini and would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others.
