Do not come to this hotel or pool with children. We were extremely respectful to not be too noisy or to splash near anyone. They are entitled to have their own rules, but this hotel needs to make clear on the website it is not welcoming to children. Specifically, my kid was reprimanded and told to stop jumping into the pool. The rules say NOTHING about jumping. Later, I let my 6 year old jump off of my shoulders, in the middle of the pool, which I did not think could possibly bother anyone, and again we were told to stop. No customers complained, nobody got splashed, and I do not think there was significant noise that bothered anyone. Multiple reviews say the hotel is unwelcoming to children (perhaps I should have read these more carefully BEFORE staying here). So be forewarned if you plan to come here as a family. They know what kind of atmosphere they are going for, yet they will happily take parents’ money. The food at the pool bar was inedible and you are not allowed to bring in your own food. The hotel itself is adequate, but dated, in an inconvenient location, and is very overpriced. We stayed here specifically because of the pool. I noticed the hotel dismissively responds to each negative review, rather than accepting criticism and trying to improve. I look forward to seeing what untruths are posted by the management. Perhaps they will insult my kids as they did in response to another review? Please, just read the management’s disrespectful responses to reviews, and think whether this is a place which values its customers.

The location of the hotel is not very close to the subway entrance. If you need to take a taxi, you can just call at the front desk, otherwise it is not easy to take a taxi. I booked two standard 22 m2 rooms, they gave me one of perhaps 12 m2 which is very small with a tiny bathroom and one a little larger with a large bathroom, one in the opposite wing. Shameful . Very nice and helpful staff but…… they should respect the reservations and not to their liking. My complaint X the room was answered …. Sorry we are full…. I am speechless ….
