Rome Sant'Eustachio Hotels

My first time travelling to the eternal city and I was bombarded with an array of options for accomodation within the beautiful city. Doing my research into various locations and sights to see I found myself happening upon Dulcis Inn Pantheon. The location looked ideal and sure enough it was. Aptly named due to it's proximity to the Pantheon (as a sidenote perhaps my favourite historical sight to gaze upon and marvel in) it too serves as a relatively good starting point from the Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City to name a few of the landmarks nearby. Spoiled for choice with an arrange of bar's, restaurants and cafes beside it I simply cannot fault the location, it easily warrants a stay based off its location alone. The bed's were quite comfortable, although the walls seemed to be paper thin meaning any minute sound would penetrate through them and your ears should you be a light or even at times, heavy sleeper. Room cleaning was impeccable and thorough, whenever the reception was manned (between the hours of 8am and 2pm if I am not mistaken) the staff were friendly and helpful as could be with their limited English (a fault on my part for not being educated in their native tongue of Italian, not theirs). I had asked for a rose petal display and a bottle of champagne for myself and my lovely partner prior to us entering, sure enough we were met with a beautiful towel arrangement in the shape of swans and rose petals atop the bed, matched with a bottle of champagne although I am not sure if it totalled the bill of €100. Umbrellas were provided to us when it rained and the expectation was never to demand them back, they were essentially given to us for our two day stay within the city to use at our own discretion. A transfer service both to and from the airport was organised through the hotel at the cost of €55 (for three people) to the driver which again helped to alleviate the stress of organising it myself. Overall I would definitely consider staying within the accomodation again due to its prime location, relatively fair price and of course due to the convenience of transfers, a cosy bed and proximity to food/beverage services. The only identifiable fault I could warn people about is if you were to get a room at the front of the accommodation or ”on the street” that you simply will be unable to sleep due to the noise provided by passersby outside the room, although not a fault on the accommodation itself, a fault in their lack of soundproofing through old windows and walls, other than that fault I cannot recommend the Dulcis Inn Pantheon enough and will surely be returning to it when I inevitably return to Rome!

5 out of 5 stars. From the very beginning checking in was a breeze, staff was so helpful and took care of our luggage’s right away. I booked two rooms, one in the main building & one in the annex. Both rooms were great. The building where annex room was located didn’t have an elevator but staff was so helpful carrying our luggage up. Rooms were spacious, clean, & comfortable. I stayed in the main building, my bathroom was on the smaller side but for just me it was perfectly fine & was stocked with everything I needed. That bed was so so comfortable!!! I wish I had that mattress back home. Honestly that was the best bed I’ve slept in from all hotels, motels, & airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Better than my own mattress. My family forgot to bring a power converter & when we asked the front desk where can we find the nearest store to purchase one, he kindly gave us one to borrow. Breakfast was buffet style & came free of charge booking directly through the hotels website. It was simple but oh so delicious. My family & I only stayed one night since we came to Rome early for our cruise. We woke up early to site see a bit before needing to leave for our cruise pick up location at 12pm. Check out was at 10:30am but they were so kind to let us have a late check out for the room in the annex building. As we were taking our luggage down the stairs, a staff member was in the next room and noticed us, he immediately came over and took our luggage down the stairs to the street for us. Mind you our luggage’s was 40lbs. I loved the location too i was so close to the places we wanted to see. Hotel Navona will be my go to hotel the next time I visit Rome for a proper visit.

The location is very good! It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Pantheon and about 15 minutes to other attractions. There is Carrefour next to it. The bus stop at the door can go directly to the Vatican Museums. The decoration of the hotel is very artistic. The service was great. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. Francisco received us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage. The other staff are also very nice. Breakfast is very delicious 😋. There are free capsule coffee in the room every day. Clean and hygienic. , I will stay here again next time I come to Rome.

Excellent structure located on the second floor of a beautiful building in the center of Rome. Large rooms equipped with all comforts, very comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge bar with very honest prices, with a wide choice. Shared terrace also used as a smoking area. The owner Vincenzo, contacted us before arrival to explain how to access the structure independently by providing us with the codes of the intercom and the entrance door of the structure, he was also very kind and very helpful. Quality products for breakfast served in the ”oval” room overlooking Via Arenula. Strategic position to visit the center of Rome. The very nice bathroom with courtesy kit present. Certainly when we return for ”tourism” we will take it into consideration.

The number of words combined to limit the number of words, you can make up the number of words to limit your financial requirements are not high, the number of words of the female secretary

The room is very tidy and beautiful!

We spent 2 nights here whilst visiting Rome and had a great visit. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and can help with directions and taxis. We booked a small double room and it was certainly small! The room was quite tight, you couldn’t have more than 1 person in the bathroom at 1 time and storing suitcases was difficult. The rooms however were so clean so can’t fault that! They were not soundproof however, so we didn’t get great sleep as we could hear people talking when returning to their rooms late at night. Breakfast was good, the bread is supplied by the shop opposite the hotel (which also does amazing pizza). The two men who do the coffee were very friendly and work hard, however the women were often looking very miserable and looking at their phones. When checking out we were able to store our luggage in a secure room which you need a key to access and has cameras so we felt our luggage was safe. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the pantheon and 25 minutes to the colosseum and Vatican City!

Great location, you can walk to Rome attractions. There is a bathtub in the room, the breakfast is good, the hotel's free shampoo and hair care products are great! like very much!
