The place is very confusing. I went into a hotel with a similar name by mistake. The facilities were very good. It was equipped with various tableware including wine glasses, washing machine, Samsung TV, air conditioner, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. It was nice to shop at the supermarket and cook my own food.

DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER! And here is why: First of all, the host did not provide the code from a locker with apartment keys. I arrived around 1 am (at night) and was very confused how to get in, especially after calling the contact number and getting constantly rejected. Finally, i reached out the host via watsapp where i was passively aggressive attacked like what the heck its 1 am why i am calling. Alright, i got in. Touched the fridge door and it just fall down. Very good! Tried to brush my teeth before going to sleep and realized how smelly the bathroom is, it is really smelly and dirty. Next morning tried to connect to wifi (no any sign of password btw), but failed as password did not match. Contacted the property again and got response like it is me who changed the password/ wifi settings and got 0 help from the host. Finally, when i complained to Trip.com, the host just kicked me out from the property. I had 2 nights booked, and he said i will be refunded with 1 night equivalent and i have to leave immediately. I am still waiting for the refund and i was forced to search for another place to sleep, which makes it a big deal to me as i had only 2 nights in Rome, so i spent a lot of time on moving again. So, summary: the host is awful, aggressive and has 0 intention to help, instead , you will be attacked . There was no toilet paper, coffee (almost), shower gel (and similar stuff), no slippers, the fridge door was broken and there was literally no internet, wifi is unreachable and the cellphones are not working inside of the building (no signal). The couch in the apartment is firm as it is a stone, it can’t be used even for sitting, not speaking of sleep at all. Everything in the apartment is old, used (like truly used) and broken. The price for this place is insane.

Worst experience ever. First of all, this is a B&B, not a hotel at all (no front desk, no service staff, no cleaning, nothing...), this is the first expectation management. No toiletries/drinking water/slippers, etc., the hotel is not clean, check-in is a password lock that will not reply to your request in time. The most terrible thing is that the wifi is broken, and there is no signal in the room most of the time. During the process and the room management (after a WhatsApp communication), there was no intention to solve the problem (the wifi is broken, so it's broken, no apology, no solution, even the message has been read but not replied). The water in the coffee machine is dirty, the toilet smells bad, and the bed is hard to sleep on.

The most disgusting hotel in Rome, the landlord is ******! When we arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage at night, we were notified to go to another hotel without any communication. The taxi from the station to the hotel to the change hotel cost nearly 100 euros. We booked a 47-square-meter apartment. Although the apartment we got had a living room, the actual usable space was only a dozen square meters, which was completely inconsistent with the reservation! I confirmed with the landlord whether we were the only ones living in the whole apartment. The landlord replied that there would be no one else, but he brought in new tenants the next day and scolded us rudely why we locked the door! Outsiders can enter and exit the apartment at will, and the room cannot be locked separately. Valuables are completely unprotected. There is no front desk and no surveillance. The landlord is untrustworthy. We decided to check out early. The landlord disagreed and said that he had been unlucky recently. He vented all his grievances on us. In the end, we could only regard the cost of four nights as spending money to buy a lesson, and the platform compensated half of the cost. When we were packing our luggage, the landlord kept urging us impatiently and kept giving us a bad face until we left. Later, we changed to a regular and friendly hotel nearby, which made us more convinced that this was a scam hotel. The landlord was a ruthless bully of Asians. If you don’t want to spend money and suffer like us, I advise you not to come to this hotel. We will definitely complain to the end!!!

The location of this apartment is incredible. It is very close to many attractions. No need to take a taxi. There are also many supermarkets nearby and buses are very convenient and suitable for tourists. The facilities and equipment are also good enough to cook some simple meals. The disadvantage is that the network is very unstable and there was no hand sanitizer and shower gel when we checked in. Overall good.

Large spaces, good sound insulation and in a good location. The only negative is that the wifi didn't work.
