Diciamo subito che non è un Hotel, ma un B&B su un palazzo di Roma al quanto "squallido" con 5/6 piani (ascensore vecchissimo) e dentro un sacco di inquilini diversi. Unica nota positiva la posizione: dietro al Vaticano. Siamo arrivati in 9 persone con le bici e ci siamo dovuti fare 3 piani per portarla in camera. La signora era impaziente di prendere la tassa di soggiorno (un ladrocinio, 7€ a testa mai pagata da nessuna parte così alta). Camere così così, acqua al bagno arrivava a "stolzi", pulizia minima, dentro al frigo c'erano pure gli avanzi di qualche cliente precedente. Non ha registrato nessuno (zero tasse) e siccome le bici da strada ce l'ha fatte mettere nella sala dove c'era la cucina comune, la sera ci ha mandato un messaggio dove chiedeva 5€ a testa per il "posteggio" bici diciamo, roba da matti. Colazione ad un bar vicino, con 1 cornetto ed 1 cappuccino (ci guardavano pure male) come se ne avessimo voluti prendere di più. Prezzo neanche vantaggioso 81€ a testa. Non ci tornerei.

Good sized room.
Bed sheets were fresh and clean, duvet didn't have a cover on.
Shower is terrible. Shower head clearly hasn't been descaled in a long time and shoots water in all directions, shower head also didn't stay in the holder so had to use as handheld.
Shower temperature/hot water - we had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to get anything remotely close to beung suitable to shower in - temperature never reached above 30deg C.
Room was cheap in comparison to Rome prices.

Esperienza positiva Roma capitale bellissima città, volevo sottolineare che presso il B&B dalla signora Betty ci siamo trovati bene io e mia moglie siamo stati bene esperienza fatta per le giornate compresa la festività del 2 giugno da consigliare

We stayed a night in this b&b very close to St. Peter's Square and the S. Pietro train station some time ago, the owner welcomed us before the scheduled check-in time... but all this is not enough to assign a score higher than 2 stars. The b&b is located in a basement, which is not indicated in the description. The room was very dirty, dust and hair everywhere, between the bedside table and the next wall there were piles of dust and "lost objects" probably had never been moved, and we also found ***** hair on the toilet bowl. Truly a stay to forget, too bad I didn't take some photos that can testify

It is a few minutes walk to Vatican City, very accessible to Restaurants, Groceries and there is also a laundry shop nearby if you need to wash your clothes. The property is a little bit old and need some few upgrades.

Una camera estremamente piccola in un appartamento in un seminterrato molto umido. L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito, ma resta una stanza inospitale e non vivibile se non per dormire. La "zona colazione" è un piccolo angolo da condividere con gli ospiti delle altre 2 stanze, in cui non c'è spazio per sedersi, non ti viene certo la voglia di approfittare delle merendine e dei cereali. Bella la zona e il proprietario è cordiale, ma il prezzo è a mio avviso troppo alto rispetto a quello che offre.

Very good location. Simone is very helpful and responds very quickly for every question. Bed is a lit bit hard. I prefer a lit bit softer. But all together our staying was very good. Thank you
