Do not add new items when cleaning the room for guests on the 2nd night. Nice room. Staff are not friendly. The room cannot use the phone.

The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful regarding our questions about food and transportation, as well as when we needed something in our room. The free breakfast was wonderful. We also at dinner once at the restaurant, and both food and cocktails were delicious. One (of many) reasons for picking this hotel was because they offered "laundry facilities" on-site. We were traveling from Paris and packed assuming we would do laundry upon arriving in Rome. Truth be told, it was a "laundry service" and turned out to be very expensive. I probably could have bought a new wardrobe for what I spent laundering them.

Wir waren allgemein sehr zufrieden. Service, Hotel, Frühstück, Standort usw. ist alles sehr gut. Wir wueden von sehr angenehmen Personen empfangen und über die wichtigen Details informiert. Das Zimmer und dessen Inhalt entsprachen unseren Erwartungen.

Ho trascorso 4 giorni all’hotel degli aranci in occasione del festival del cinema di Roma. Che dire , esperienza super! L’hotel è accogliente ,le camere confortevoli e silenziose, ma quello che fa la differenza davvero è il personale ! Le ragazze in reception sempre sorridenti e attente e poi Gabriele del bar e Dora alle colazioni mi hanno davvero coccolata e fatta sentire a casa . Grazie a tutti voi ,spero di tornare prestissimo .

Sono cliente dell hotel degli aranci da parecchi anni . In hotel si respira davvero l atmosfera di una villeggiatura in una villa di famiglia . In qualunque stagione e meraviglioso e vi sentirete coccolati in ogni minuto . Potrete gustare un aperitivo in giardino in una sera d estate , assaporare le meravigliose torte per colazione al mattino o farvi cullare dalla magia del Natale scattandovi foto sotto il meraviglioso albero in salotto . Per me è davvero una seconda casa .

L'albergo si trova nel centro del quartiere Parioli... Un po' isolato dal punto di vista dei mezzi pubblici.... Le camere del seminterrato devono avere un altro prezzo di mercato...molto buona la colazione, variegata e abbondante
