1- there was no blanket in the room and there was no instruction on the room to call the reception. Air condition control was not working. Property is well built but is maintained very poorly. There were very few guests in the hotel and breakfast was auful. This is only a one star hotel.

Nice..but too much noise for a 4 star's Hotel...
1.The air-condition didn't worked, the receptionist explained it's the Rom city who decide how much energy/electricity they can use.??? They told us to open our door and window for fresh air. The major problem was our room was beside a big highway and if we opened the window, it was too much noise to relax and sleep. We request for an other room on the other side, away from highway noise, and they said it's not possible? The hotel was almost empty and sleeping 4 nights in that condition was not expected for a Hotel with 4 stars. We had requested a quiet room before we arrived. We were very disappointed and would not return back.
2. The toilet seat was total loose and it fold off/down every time we used it...even though it's was a toilet for handicapped?? They send someone to fix it and nothing changed.
3. The Hotel is to far from Bus/Metro and it was difficult and expensive with Taxa to reach to the center of Rome.
4. All the staff was very kind and friendly, but it's not expected to sleep 4 nights in that condition.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel
Das Hotel hatte überall Teppichboden ausgelegt das in einem stark verschliessendem verschmutztem Zustand ist. Das Bad komplett verkalkt und in der Dusche stand das Wasser Knöchel tief. Das Fenster mit abgebrochenen Griff. Die Matratze stark abgenutzt. Die Wände stark verschmutzt und Tapete waren zum Teil in Auflösung.

Room was nice and clean but my air conditioning did not work. It didn’t matter I just opened a window it was cool out. Also the shower leaked, A lot. Other than that a decent place with a nice big bed, breakfast and kind staff

Soggiorno piacevole
Ottima soluzione per passare una o più notti, pulizia esemplare, comfort e stanze molto ampie. Colazione da sogno con piatti per tutti i palati e abitudini italiani e non. Situato sul grande raccordo anulare facile e comodo da raggiungere. È la seconda volta che vi soggiorniamo, ma se capiteremo nuovamente a Roma ci torneremo sicuramente.

Discreto hotel 4 stelle in zona periferica di Roma. Necessita un poco di più attenzione nella manutenzione e nella pulizia: la moquette sotto il letto presentava polvere e carte varie, il doccione e la doccetta non funzionante alla perfezione causa evidenti tracce di calcare che intasavano i forellini di uscita acqua. Per il resto nulla da eccepire, anche la insonorizzazione mi è sembrata ottima.
