The receptionist was very friendly. The room was a little darker than I expected, but the people were quiet and I had no particular inconveniences while staying there.

I booked a three-bed room here after reading various reviews, but the front desk gave me a 1.3-meter double bed and a single bed similar to a folding chair. The room was terribly small, about 2.5 meters long and wide, and there was not enough space to open a 24-meter suitcase. The bathroom was also very small and had no window. It was difficult to even turn around in the shower. I took the reservation form and told the front desk that I had booked a three-bed room. The tall old man at the front desk said arrogantly that this was a three-bed room and could not be changed. No matter how I explained, including showing him and the emails with the platform, it was a three-bed room, but the boss was just being a rogue and refused to change. Fortunately, the Ctrip platform helped me solve it. It turned out that the store had divided the room and forgot to keep it for us because there were no rooms on that day. We could only check out the next day and move in again at night, but... this hotel has no elevator. We three girls each dragged a big suitcase from the third floor to the basement. It was really hard to go up and down the stairs. It became so troublesome because of the store's mistake. They didn't even apologize. The breakfast in this store was also useless. It cost 6 euros per person, and there were only two slices of bread, a small cup of coffee and an unripe banana. It was a big pit. I will definitely avoid this store in the future!!!
