Premetto di aver prenotato quasi un mese prima dell'arrivo: riscaldamento rotto!! Abbiamo passato la notte al freddo! Accoglienza ? Zero...c'era una signora che l'unica cosa che ha saputo fare,è stato quello di chiedere i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno, Sconsigliatissimo!!

【防犯】アパートメントの中の数室を利用したホテルです。アパートメントの門、棟の入り口、フロア入り口、自室の扉と、部屋に至るまでに4つの鍵があり、それなりに防犯性の高い印象でした。立地も比較的治安が良い場所だと思います。フロントにスタッフが常駐しているわけではないので日本人女性一人だと少し不安に感じるかもしれません。
【アクセス】空港からはローマ市内行きのバスで向かい、バチカンエリアで下車して10分ほど歩いて着きました。バチカン以外の各観光地には少し離れていますが、地下鉄を使うと便利にアクセスできるようです(たまたま地下鉄が工事期間でアクセスに苦労しました)。
【設備】ホームページに掲載されている写真のようにめちゃくちゃ綺麗！というわけではないですが、洗面、ベッドとも比較的清潔感がありました。この価格帯では十分なクオリティだと思います。
この宿の魅力はなによりもパティオだと思います！騒がしいローマの街から帰ってきて、ほっとする空間でした。

4泊で利用しました。
少し早く着いたのですが、応じてくれて助かりました。
部屋は一階で陽の光が入らず薄暗かったが、少なからず窓があって新鮮な空気を入れることができた。
タオルは掛けておいたら変えてもらえなかったので、変えてほしい時は床に置いておくと良いです。
シャワーの水圧は当たってほしいところに当たらず少し苦戦しましたが問題なし。しかし扉を閉めても隙間からトイレの方にお湯が漏れてしまいました。バスマットを敷けばなんとか水浸しにはならず済みます。
エリアは安心でバチカンへのアクセスや駅までのアクセス、周辺には美味しいレストランやジェラート屋さんがありました。
そして私たちの帰りのフライトを調べると、ナイトバスの選択肢がありませんでした。オーナーに問い合わせるとタクシーを予約してくれると言いました。彼は私たちを助けようとして、私たちはとても安心しました。しかし翌朝タクシードライバーは現れず私たちは混乱しました。結局Uberを呼びました。それはとても残念な経験でしたが、少なからずオーナーは私たちを助けようとしました。

We stayed at this b&b for two nights. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, clean and with attention to detail. Various services are available in the room such as a fridge, coffee machine, phone etc. The location is excellent for visiting the Vatican Museums, but also for getting around the city given the proximity to the Cipro metro stop. Jacopo was kind and helpful both before and during the stay. Definitely recommended!!

The room was quiet and cozy. There was a beautiful courtyard outside the window with beautiful trees. The neighborhood was safe and close to a metro (4 minute walk) and bus stop (2 minute walk). The shower was small. The staff was very responsive - we would recommend Alea Home Roma to a friend.

Super location, a stone's throw from the Vatican museums but in an area where it is easy to find parking. The owner, Gianmarco, is exquisitely courteous, as is his mother. The room is a little smaller than it appears in the photo but still welcoming. Tiny but functional bathroom but I was very perplexed by the bathroom linen. The towels were clean but definitely too worn.
