I loved the room, it had everything we needed and the service was great! The only problem I had was finding the check in address, but after communicating with them everything was resolved!

I really liked the location, everything is within walking distance, the staff, namely the manager, is friendly. Explained and showed everything, there is even a coffee machine, you can endlessly drink coffee! In the morning, there was always a bag of goodies hanging by the door, fresh pastries! We are happy)

A small but very cozy room, what we were looking for to get to sleep, the location is perfect because you can walk everywhere and there is a metro nearby that takes you to the Vatican, we liked it a lot, they brought us sweet bread every morning and They welcomed us with soda, water and a beer in the minibar, we had coffee for whatever time we wanted.

First of all, it should be noted that this is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel! That being said, it is quite simply ideally located: a stone's throw from the Basilica of Saint Mary Major and 10 minutes from the Colosseum. I had the opportunity to stay there twice. On the first everything was impeccable: bedroom and bathroom. The second (April 2023) the room was nice but the bathroom was worn and above all not very clean. It's a shame there isn't much missing. However, it is still acceptable and cheap.

Very disappointing. It is not a hotel, but a group of apartments on the ground floor and on the 3rd floor of a sad building near Termini station, responding to the mislabeled name of "inn". The rooms are okay, but very badly soundproofed. The worst in my opinion is when, after a plane trip of x hours, we arrive in front of a closed gate overlooking garbage cans and we are waiting for a hypothetical person on the phone and that the latter will arrive 30, 45 minutes later, the best. If you speak neither Italian nor English it will be complicated for you by phone! In a nutshell, there is no permanent person waiting for you, no receptionist, since this is simply not a hotel. We have access in the kitchen to an old coffee machine with pod and a croissant per person every morning hanging on the bedroom door, it is true. I will pass on the adventure of a person from the hotel who was to wait for us at the exit of the airport, but who did not come simply telling us 30 minutes later, while we were in the Leanordo express, that they will come... I forgot at the beginning the blow of the shower without hot water, surely a technique to firm the flesh of tired tourists. In a nutshell!

Photo of the entrance below. This is not a hotel but several refurbished apartments with rooms. No concierge, don't expect to find someone when you arrive. Tourist tax in cash without invoice. Some rooms do not have toilets, they are on the landing. Very thin partitions, you can hear the switch in the next room, the toilets in the hallway and those in the next room. You have, for the morning, a coffee machine in the kitchen, and around 9 a.m. some kind of croissants hanging on the door handle in a plastic bag. Cleaning is done every day but the towels are not changed. All this is not worth the price paid.
