Approx 15 min away from Vatican in a suburban apartment block. Located on the 2nd floor which luckily there is a lift in the building to lug the bags up. Close to a newsstand that you can buy bus tickets from. Supermarket close by too with an awesome dinner restaurant Boris to the right of the hotel. Friendly helpful service. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and all have showers no baths. Breakfast area very small so each room does have a table and chairs set up to accommodate for overcrowding.

Purtroppo molto carente come pulizie. Moschitte e insetti in camera a causa di poca igiene. Colazione diciamo "minimalista" ma ok andiamo avanti. Il ragazzo della reception molto gentile, ma questo non può bastare. Le pulizie sono molto trascurate. Dopo il cappuccino chiedo un tost, una signora butta la sigaretta che stava fumando e mette il tost nella piastra! Però nelle stanze c'è scritto "severamente vietato fumare", ma già alle 7 del mattino arriva la puzza delle sigarette che fumano loro. Per il resto va benissimo.

Everything was excellent. Hotel staff was incredible. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican, lots of restaurants close by. Easy access to public transportation to get to the city center. We used the local bus which you can get in front of the hotel. Taxi cost about 15.00 Euros to get to city center. Rooms was great. I would stay again. The price was right. I felt very safe. Hotel staff was great with recommendations for transport and where to eat. Great place.Loved it.

B&B with single rooms and private bathroom, with essential services. The room is very small. If necessary, you can use the shared kitchen if you want to use the stove or fridge. Breakfast is in agreement with a bar downstairs a few meters from the door. Sufficient value for money, the location requires a car, otherwise travel will not be easy.

Top location. Clean and well maintained. Just don’t book the mini-small-twin room if you not alone! Breakfast very limited. Missing pictures of the teeny room with two beds, on website, so you’ll know before you go!

It was a good experience. The room was small but comfortable and very clean, and it also had heating, which was appreciated because the days I went it had rained in Rome, it was cold, and I had a cold. The owner, Ivan, was very friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

We booked this relais only two days before our arrival and the staff was super nice and kind. A great environment if your goal is to tour the eternal city of Rome. Strategic point, near Piazza San Pietro. Connected by bus stops and various services. Excellent price quality. Definitely to return.
