Owner was an hour late to let us into the property. Screamed and yelled at us. He threw my phone on the ground and made sexual gestures in front of my 6 year old son. Stay far away from this place!

Our stay at Ethuska Luxury Apartments was disappointing. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about these apartments. Upon arrival, we found the place very dirty—the toilet needed a good scrub and bathroom was unclean, and there was no toilet paper (thankfully, we had some in our bag). Even the walls were dirty, and the bedside tables had splatters of something white on them. To make matters worse, there was even a dirty knive left by the kettle. Overall, it was just gross. The area didn’t help either—it felt grimy and uninviting. To top it all off, the cost was significantly higher than other, much better accommodations we stayed in during our trip. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Save your money and look elsewhere!

La nostra stanza era all'interno di un condominio silenzioso xché con ingresso su cortile interno. I punti a sfavore: poco aereata, solo una piccola finestra in camera e bagno cieco. Materassi da cambiare. I punti a favore: silenziosa e led rilassanti nella doccia. Pulizia nella media.

Etruska is clean & reasonably comfortable. Our host Paolo met us upon check in & offered suggestions for dining & public transport options around Rome. The guesthouse is small with 5 rooms & a small common kitchenette. It was difficult to find as there is no external signage at street level but we found it eventually. A basic breakfast is included in the adjacent cafe (Coffee, Juice & croissant). Greater variety would be good. Even toast instead of sweet pastries. There are some areas that would improve the stay: 1) Tea making facilities are in the common area. It would be much more convenient if in room as there is already a coffee maker in room. No milk is provided for tea / coffee. This seems common in Italy but not internationally. 2) Bed sheets are too small to fit the bed properly & this makes the sleep uncomfortable if you are constantly looking for the sheets A reasonable place to stay.
