Horrible experience
7:45 p.m. we show up in front of the door...the code doesn't work...we wait 5 minutes before someone comes out, but a wrought iron door is closed! It’s 7:54 p.m. we call but the person tells us it’s 8 p.m. and it’s too late, she’s gone…. We find ourselves on the street without a room at 8 p.m.… forced to walk and pay for a hotel again for 2 nights! Since then in negotiations with Trip.com which is linked to the hotel but to date no refund possible!!!

Posizione ottimale a letteralmente 100m dalla metro Ottaviano dove si può raggiungere facilmente tutto e inoltre è situato vicino a S. Pietro, castel Sant’Angelo facendo una bella passeggiata 😊 B&B in cui è presente tutto il necessario, asciugamani, un bel phon di quelli veri e non quelli da parete che io personalmente odio, macchinetta per caffè e bollitore, possibilità di fare colazione con caffè/brioche e un succo al “Mozart Cafè” situato a pochissimi metri. Mario super gentile, premuroso nel rispondere a tutti i nostri quesiti. La domenica non effettua il “deposito bagagli”…abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in un negozio di fronte “leave your bags” una specie di deposito automatico che con 7€ ci ha permesso di fare un ultimo giretto per la città! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il self check in avviene in autonomia ma è comprensibile per tutti poiché Mario ti spiega bene come farlo. Room 91 comodo per chi non deve fare una vacanza lunghissima. Sarà che poi Roma è sempre magica! Grazie 🙏🏼

Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. Very helpful staff gave us good tips about restaurants and places to go during our visit. Staff was always available if you needed anything. Cleaning was prime quality. Breakfast is served in italian cafe on same street and it includes some pastry with coffee, so don't expect buffet or anything big.

Mario made the stay from outstanding to exception!
Mario met us and gave us the attention that you would expect from any five star service! His assistance went beyond just providing us information about our lodging, but also assisting us in personal issues that notably affected our stay in Italy. The lodging was spotless, comfortable, and 100% secure and we felt safe 100% of the time. Our room had the quaint balcony seen on many rooms in the European theater. I cannot say enough on how pleasant our stay was at Room 91!! A beneficial extra ones that we were less than 100 m walk to the "A" line of the metro! Thank you Mario...if we return to Rome for another visit, I can guarantee you we will stay at "Room 91."

Boutique hotel close to Vatican
Our stay was fantastic. Room 91 is an adorable boutique hotel. Mario was great at communicating with ahead of time and was able to have our room ready when we arrived. The front desk is not manned but he is available by text and it was honestly perfect for us since we are not needy. It was close to the Vatican and many good restaurants and getting a cab was easy too when that was needed. Mario also took the time to share some better areas of Rome, some things to do and restaurants to try. Overall a great stay!

Очень классный номер, где есть всё для комфорта. Нас встретил Марио, был очень приветлив и помог с размещением. Подсказал в какие районы пойти и что обязательно посмотреть. Нам дали номер с балконом, очень понравился вид на улицу. Было удобно и комфортно провести здесь время

Credo uno dei migliori B&B se non il migliore della zona Prati e di quelli presenti su via Ottaviano. Camere ben arredate, pulite, fornite di macchina del caffè e te comprensive di cialde e bustine del te, disponibile anche l'acqua nel frigo, bagno pulito e con doccia spaziosa. Bella la camera con balcone dove è presente un tavolino e due sedie che permettono di fare colazione o prendere uno spritz la sera, il tutto comprensivo di due copertine utili per la mattina o per la sera. Grazie al proprietario Mario, attento sempre alle esigenze del cliente. Super consigliato
