I had an overall fantastic stay. There were some issues with cleanliness. Food left over in the fridge, black ring in the tub, but the staff at the desk made everything right. Very friendly and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

The staff was horrible. They were not helpful at all and had no answers for anything. The rooms were terrible. The curtains were torn and had holes in them. There was no privacy in the room at all. And the girl at the desk had nothing to say about it. And was not willing to even look into changing the room for us. We were traveling with my 80 plus year old parents, after one of them just getting out of the hospital and they put us on 2 separate floors. There was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The carpets were filthy. The bed frame stuck out so far beyond the mattress that you tripped over them or bruised your shins on them. There was no access to laundry soap or any thing else for that matter to do laundry. I was told that I could go out to one of the local grocery stores to get what I needed. With the road construction all around them it was difficult enough to find the place let alone go looking for a grocery store. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would drive another 50 miles to find something else.

It was a lovely clean property that was terribly understaffed. The staff that they had was polite and helpful but should the front desk attendant have to make beds and refill oatmeal at breakfast??????
On day one the housekeeper came and did a Great job, on day two no one showed up. Front desk had no one answering the phone, no housekeeping staff to bring fresh towels and for well over 200 a night was a made bed and trash emptied too much to ask for?

The key card machine was down the entire weekend due to the CrowdStrike issue and the staff was very flexible in working around that major issue. We appreciate them going the extra mile to make the stay comfortable.

This hotel is clean with a nice pool, friendly front desk staff. I'm not sure of the opening date but it seemed new. Breakfast has many options. The only downside is it's not close to downtown to go to popular places to eat dinner. We would stay here again.

We stayed one night. Toni, at the front desk, was wonderful. She got us checked in, and when we discovered the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, she quickly dealt with the problem. I highly recommend this hotel, and can’t say enough about how helpful Toni was.
