Atour @V-Park is a great hotel 🏨 for our short trip to Zhongshan during the 2024 ***** New Year. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated and designed. Our little ones think that the bed 🛏️ is comfortable (we have two rooms for two nights.) The congee and snacks for guests between 21:30 and 23:00 are a very nice touch - a cherry 🍒 on the ice cream 🍨. Keep up the good work and we’ll look forward to our next trip with Atour 🏨.

The facilities in the room are generally clean and normal. Only some areas, such as the steam room, jacuzzi, etc., have room for improvement. Check-in is easy and quick, and there is a lot of room for improvement in the equipment maintenance of the room. For example, some plastic pillar materials will be loose and make swinging sounds, some sockets such as HDMI or all power sockets will not work, and the garage door will make abnormally loud noises when it is closed. There was too much movement when the cleaning staff entered the public place in the morning. For example, the sound of closing the door after cleaning was very loud, etc. The front desk staff are very polite and respond quickly when dealing with inquiries and problems.

The 65 square meter sized Executive room ( double beds or one king bed ) is of good value (1100+ hkd / night) and worth booking. Higher floor room with the view of Zhong Shan city. The room comes with a separate morning buffet on the 51/F, which is more delicate and much less crowded ( imagine only a few tables occupied) than the 3/F one, with nice city view while having breakfast, too. The 51/F 6:30pm-8:30pm executive lounge happy hour is also attached with a simpler buffet and drinks. Very happy with this exclusive access to have more privacy and avoid the crowd. The location is convenient and we had Hunan spicy food, fish pot etc etc in the mall nearby. I like the Xiang La La (Hunan cuisine.) stir fried spicy beef with unlimited fragrant rice the most!

3 meals were included in the package which is a good deal. Don’t expect the food is nice but sufficient. There are about 50 hot spring pools. They are clean. I saw workers draining the water, brushed the base of the pool and refill them. Some of them have Chinese medicine in them. Some smell like flowers: roses, lavender…

This place is newly renovated and we are upgraded to the new wing which was established since April last year. We are amazed for the new wing with hugh room, hugh bed and the cleanliness of the room. It is so close to the hot spring area too. We enjoyed so much... it really worth for the deal. Thanks.

There are no slides and climbing frames for children. and other equipment, more suitable for group building or leisure vacation for adults and pets~ Children may want to bring some toys~ Facilities: I booked a shooter room this time. You can see the swimming pool right out the door (but you can't go down directly). The room is comfortable and clean. It has a small balcony, a small skylight, an electric mahjong table, a projector, a small refrigerator, a hot water kettle, and a basic bathroom. There are also washing facilities, which are quite complete. Service: There are two simple breakfasts, which the waiter will deliver to the room in the morning. I ordered a barbecue meal for two in the evening. I notified the waiter half an hour in advance to prepare it. When ready, go to the big tent to eat. It may be rainy on the day of check-in and it is not a holiday. There are fewer people. We were the only ones in the whole tent, it was so simple and relaxing~ Mosquitoes are inevitable in outdoor areas, and the waiter also thoughtfully ordered mosquito coils✨ Others: If the weather is good, you can go for a walk in the nearby Yakou Village. It was rainy that day, so I drank coffee at the nearby Yusheng Cafe before checking in. The interior decoration was very photogenic when taking photos🌵

The room design is very beautiful, with some Greek style mixed with new Chinese style. But the room I stayed in had a strong musty smell and was really a bit uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can put more effort into dehumidification, because the hotel environment is actually very good, but the small details are just average, which is a bit regretful.
