"The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric."

"It was my first time to sleep on a 3-meter bed. It was super cool. The hotel facilities and services are great. The surrounding area is also convenient. RT-Mart is just over 900 meters away. There is free underground parking. The breakfast included in the hotel is also good. My favorite thing is riding a shared electric scooter around Yulin. I went to Shishijie Night Market, Yuntian Cultural City, and Kelawan Water Park.
I can stay in a hotel of this level for less than 300 yuan during the National Day. I think it’s worth it!"

"We came to this city for our Southern China tour and booked this hotel. It is next to the wet market, plenty of street hawkers and food stalls come with great offering in the late evening. The night market is about 2 streets away and walkable on foot. However, the public bus stop leading to train station is a bit far on foot from this hotel. Thank to the hotel receptionist who is very kind to call transportation for us using the e-hailing apps. We have visit the Lushan Park (Deer Mountain) and cave (pictures) from here."

"This stay experience really surprised me! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the check-in speed was super fast, and I carefully recommended fun places around me. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft, and I didn't want to get up when I lay down. I slept very sweetly at night. There is no smell in the bathroom, and the quality of toiletries is very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, a few steps out is the shopping mall and food street, it is convenient to eat and travel. The breakfast is rich in variety and super satisfying. "The hotel is very good, one of the best in Yulin. It is clean and tidy, the sanitary area is spacious, and it is very comfortable to stay. The breakfast is rich and exquisite, and parking is convenient. It's just that the ”Tao Tao Xuan” Chinese restaurant on the first floor is too bad! We ordered pork with preserved vegetables, which should be soft and melt-in-the-mouth, but it was hard and sharp, and we couldn't chew it at all. We actually ate a rice with preserved vegetables. This experience is too bad! Therefore, it is recommended to stay at the Zhongding Oriental Mandarin Hotel, but don't eat at Tao Tao Xuan."
