Excellent stay at the Corniche estate. Sublime setting, all comfort, pleasant outdoor swimming pool. Very friendly and professional staff. Quality catering too.

Liked · The staff across all departments—including the front desk, both restaurants, and the spa—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. The Junior Suite provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, while the room itself was impeccably clean and comfortably appointed. Disliked · The staff is polite, but not always readily available. If you wish to order a drink at the bar, enjoy afternoon tea at 5 PM, or even have a pastry, you may find yourself unattended, as there is often no one present to serve guests. On multiple occasions, the front desk was also left unstaffed. Regarding the room, the thermostat was not properly adjusted upon arrival, and despite requesting assistance from the front desk, the issue was not resolved. As a result, my first night was uncomfortably cold. It was only the following day that a maintenance technician addressed the problem. It is disappointing that housekeeping or those responsible for room preparation do not ensure the space is properly heated before a guest's arrival. While the room itself was aesthetically pleasing, the duplex layout proved impractical, particularly given the uncomfortable sofa. Overall, the experience fell short of the expectations for a four-star hotel.

Certainement appréciable sans enfant et en été pour profiter de la piscine exterieure car l'accès celle du spa est tellement contrainte que nous n'avons pas pu en profiter une seule seconde pendant notre séjour du mercredi au vendredi... Bien lire les conditions avant de réserver car aucune négociation ni remboursement possible !

Nous avons réservé pour un week end en amoureux et nous avons été très déçue de la prestation. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. C’est un 4 étoiles sur le papier mais en réalité, le domaine n’est pas au niveau du standard… Domaine vieillissant, moquette toujours sale, pavés cassés sur les extérieurs. Pour la chambre, nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure mais qui en réalité n’en était pas une : salle de bain sale avec des cheveux, vitres cassées, papier qui s’effrite avec traces de moisissures… Bar de l’hôtel très cher pour la qualité des cocktail… 15€ pour un mélange de jus… le barman était cependant très agréable! Pour le restaurant le 20 du domaine : service à revoir, nous avons du faire repartir 3 fois notre assiette pour une cuisson de la viande saignante… on vous demande ensuite de libérer la table quand vous n’avez même pas fini votre dessert… Nous avions réalisé une réservation d’une prestation sur le site du domaine et on nous annonce ensuite que le domaine ne travaille plus avec le prestataire depuis 2 mois… nous avons dû bataillé et repasser plusieurs fois à l’accueil pour être remboursé. Le seul point positif du week end a été le spa. Bien entretenu et avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre. En conclusion, pour le prix que le week end vous coûte ça ne les vaut pas… dommage car il y a un beau potentiel!!

C'est un hôtel pas comme les autres avec des bâtiments anciens et une décoration moderne. Il dispose de différents bâtiments. Si vous souhaitez dormir dans le bâtiment central où se trouve le restaurant panoramique et la salle du petit déjeuner, il faudra appeler pour le préciser. Le spa est bien, surtout le hammam sui est assez grand.
