Zenitude Hôtel Résidences Roissy Village

The apartment smelled a bit during our entire stay. The front door was both too difficult to lock and too difficult to open with the card. We were also sent to the wrong apartment at first. WiFi hardly worked and you pay separately for parking a car. The location is especially convenient if you arrive by plane, but is quite far from all the interesting places by public transport. It is fun and safe for small children, because you can play/run on the lawns. Paris itself is fantastic and the French were nice.

We were greeted warmly, unfortunately the extra bed wasn't prepared, there was no additional blanket, only on request was one brought from another room.

Ne prenez pas votre petit déjeuné dans cet hôtel. Il n’y a pas de café, pas de charcuterie. Les tables sont sales. 12€50 le petit déjeuner c’est inadmissible. N’y allez pas, cet hôtel profite de sa situation géographique. Le personnel est plutôt limite

Total amateurism, no professionalism in this hotel. This establishment benefits from its location near the Villepinte exhibition center. Staff without training and too few. Everything is uncertain and resembles improvisation.

In het verleden vaker hier geslapen, maar het is er in de loop der jaren niet op vooruit gegaan. Ik vermoed dat dit de laatste keer is dat wij hier verbleven hebben. Voor het geld van de kamers zijn betere alternatieven te vinden. Het onderhoud is niet up to date en het lijkt alsof er permanent mensen op het park wonen, waardoor er fietsen en andere items rondslingeren op het terrein. In de kamer was een zeer sterke schoonmaakgeur te ruiken, we vermoeden dat dit was om bijvoorbeeld sigarettengeur of iets anders te maskeren.

I booked 2 nights in the establishment since August 19, 2023, from October 2 to 4 for my son, a young person who is entering working life in CDG. What was our surprise to know that upon his arrival, he was asked to go to another hotel (with his big suitcase) for one night, and to return the next evening. As if he only had any business being tossed around from right to left at 8:30 p.m.!!! Knowing that it’s been 2 months since we booked. I asked that at least the hotel where he was going to be relocated, they would arrange a Taxi for him the next morning Eklo Hotel (is a youth hostel), for the airport, because obviously he has to drag his suitcase (because the purpose of taking 2 nights in a row, it is still necessary to leave your suitcase at the hotel so as not to be inconvenienced). (If we would have wanted our son to share accommodation with other young people, we would have gone to see an Rbnb, but he needs to work on his lessons alone). Residhome refused to pay for a transfer with his suitcase. The youth hostel is far from bus stops. The receptionist told us (because I called) “you cancel the hotel nights and we will refund you…. Easy to say when you know that during this period all the hotels in Roissy are either full or at exorbitant prices. Therefore, today I canceled the rest of our reservation and want a refund, including the difference for the hotel room (youth hostel) where they transferred my son. I am waiting for my refund. It’s so easy to pick on a young person. Their commercial side is deplorable...to be avoided!!!
