It was terrible experience as when we reach there staff showed us two rooms and in both the rooms AC were not cooling and they didn’t told us and when we encountered it so we told them to change our room so they told us that we have room with working AC but you have to pay extra 500₹/-, it was in the night so it was difficult to go somewhere so we have to pay them as we don’t have any choice left, kindly black list such hotels

I would rate hotel joy-life as five star luxury in rohtak city, the location is centre heart of city. Neat & clean cozy rooms, staff is very polite & cooperative. Neat and clean luxury rooms. I will visit again & stay here. Thank you hotel joy-life for ultimate hospitality

Overall okay experience fi you are looking for a short stay then this hotel is an average choice as in compared with other options out there. The room had a very weird smell as it was unlocked after a long time. There was a little feeling of suffocation but it subsided eventually. There is lack of amenities like i had to go down to the reception to arrange for morning tea. Its better to carry your own eatables. Howsoever i would reccomen this hotel only for a brief visit.

Great stay. The location is good. Rohtak jn. Is pretty near. The rooms were pretty clean. The owner as well as the guy who works there was so helpful. They took care of all the requirements. Also, helped us in getting e-rickshaws early in the morning for the station.
