I stayed in your hotel for 3 nights with my family, Food was exquisite 🥰 Peoples working in the buffet making sure everything is being refilled which i found really impressive. The executive chef himself was there everytime in the breakfast ❤️ The way your cold and dessert area was merge is something that gives you the wow effect. Room was always being cleaned up. Something i should definitely add that people working in main bar ( Next to reception) should give them a training how to acknowledge a guest while proceeding to their bar and assist them. ( Mostly a barmaid with tattoos that maybe didn’t want us to be there) We shall coming back there soon next year. Thank you Mourouk team ❤️

I stayed with my friend for 4 days at C Mourouk. I consider Rodrigues as my perfect home away from home and C Mourouk did not fail me on that! Everything was perfect. When Mauritian know-how meets Rodriguan hospitality and charm...magic operates! The room, reception area and bar/ restaurants were tastefully embelished with all modern comfort and ammenities with special attention to preserving the authentic artisanal cachée. Food was excellent and a large variety of local cuisine/ foods were available to delight the tastebuds. Wide array of free activities that the hotel organised everyday, kept the guests well entertained. The hotel has a spa but unfortunately, I could not get the time slot I wanted as it is quite busy. Something, I look forward to next time. The constant smile, warmth, politeness and degree of professionalism of the staff really impressed me. Under the impeccable management of Mr Guito, the whole C Mourouk team gave me great souvenirs of my passage in Rodrigues! All my best wishes till we meet again... Ms. A Deenoo

Good experience overall ☺️ Staff welcoming and kind. Director is always available for the clients 👍 Food was awesome 😋 Hotel is kid friendly and Good for family stay. Suggestion: Some lights need to be put for the avenue that lead to the rooms situated far behind. Dark at night 🫣 Really loved it and i will come again 🥰

Très bel hôtel, agréable et bien agencé. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les buffets sont aussi diversifiés que bons. Excellent séjour, trop court à mon goût. Nous y reviendrons certainement en 2025, car nous résidons dans l'océan indien. Merci à toute l'équipe du Mourouk

Hôtel très bien situé à Rodrigues. Personnel agréable et efficace bravo Anne lise de la réception qui nous a guidé avec une carte et indiqué les merveilles à voir sur l’île.. merci aussi à Michèle warren Au niveau restauration buffet copieux et frais et du pays.. et petit déjeuner varié… animation sympa avec danse traditionnelle et un karaoke avec un animateur dynamique un bien bel établissement que je vous conseille absolument merci à tous hotel C mourouk

Very attentive, polite and helpful staff Hats off. The reception, bar, restaurant, cleanjbg staff were above expectations. The hotel was clean and neat and has a magnificant panoramic view over the lagoon which was just perfect Will definitely come back.

I tried to book room with C resort Mauritius, I searched on google and booked. They have two resorts. There wasn’t any option to select and they put my booking to c Rodrigues. I asked to cancel my booking, according to their rules I should cancel before a month to get full refund. I got confirmation email about cancellation on 17/09/24 and todays date is 07/10/24. I am still waiting for my around £1000. I have sent 15 emails so far. Only got email from one staff that someone will contact me but still waiting for my refund. I have never waited for refund this long also never seen any 5* resort ignoring my 15 emails. “This company is total SHAMBLES”

Lorsque vous signez une note (des consommations) bien mettre votre numéro de chambre + votre nom, cela évite d'avoir des gens qui donnent votre numéro de chambre et de vous retrouver avec des boissons a payer qui ne sont pas les vôtres. Le nom est très important.
