The environment is too old. The multiple stairs in the penthouse are twice as expensive. It's nothing special. The door opposite the washing machine is broken. The parking lot is narrow and there are few spaces!

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung war sehr gross und bot genügend Platz zum Sitzen sowie Essen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (sogar mit Geschirrspüler) und die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner funktionierte tadellos. Ein Wäscheständer war vorhanden, einzig einen Wäschekorb haben wir ein wenig vermisst. Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen.

We stayed here for six nights. The room was excellent, very clean, and service was good. But several things were annoying. There was NO insect screen on the balcony door, so no fresh air at night as there were mosquitoes and other "bities" flying around. The pool was "closed for maintenance" even though no-one went near it the whole time that we were there. The parking was good, but some people parked illegally along the side fence, making it difficult to access the 'real' parking spaces. Our room was on the second floor, facing the West, with a suburban view. Overall a good place to stay in Rockhampton CBD.

Right from check in to check out the whole experience at this establishment was excellent. The rooms were very clean, plenty of space with good comfortable beds. What makes this a five star review is the wonderful staff with exceptional customer service skills. Matt and Cassandra were particular stand outs but every staff member goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The food in their little cafe downstairs was another stand out. Breakfast servings were both generous and tasty. They also make a great coffee and have a great selection of choices for lunch. Staying in a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated by staff is a rarity these days. This place scores 5 stars for many reasons and I would highly recommend it to others. Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful!

Would not describe this as a luxury hotel It was okay. We arrived quite late so we had to use the late check in. It seems the key was not accessible to the parking lot. We could not access the parking. We had to park across the road. We received an accessible room but did not request a accessible room. Did not like the bathroom in the accessible room. The shower was open which made water go everywhere. We also did not like the soap as it did not lather. The balcony on the room was very awkward as it wasn’t private and anyone could enter it. The restaurant was closed the next morning.

Clean rooms but furniture and fittings very tired and worn. Staff were lovely. Central convenient location with secure parking. Most of the gym equipment was non operational. Cafe located below appartments serves good coffee Easy walk to river

In Rockhampton for 3 days to visit family and very impressed with hotel. A warm welcome ar reception who was able to check on room and get us in early (around 11am). The room was immaculate and had all facilities required for our stay, beds extremely comfortable. Housekeeping service refreshed the room and everything working perfectly. Convenient to shops and getting around town. Highly recommend staying here for work or pleasure and will be back.
