Had a reservation secured by credit card. Arrived at midnight, no desk clerk, only a sign on door to call phone number if unattended office. Called 3 times left messages and waited 30 minutes. No answer, no returned call even next day, no clerk. I called Wyndham Customer service and they were unable to reach hotel. I had to travel 10 miles to find another hotel then return to area next day for my plans. I stopped by hotel. They confirmed receiving all 3 calls and clerk said they do not answer phone or check in guests with reservations after evening clerk leaves. No apologies. If you can check in be aware the main entry door has a sign explaining how to handle trash, which apparently is an issue enough to greet their customers this way. Horrible Horrible experience after reserving a day in advance with credit card and no communication that midnight check in would result in this. Not recommended. Saw other people's comments, glad I didn't stay there.
