While the hotel was conveniently located (through the hallway to an Old Chicago restaurant), the check-in staff leaves a lot to be desired. At the very least, could they wear professional clothing? Even a uniform shirt would help. One of the women clearly did not want to be there. Also, the grounds were not clean. My first impression was overflowing garbage cans-not good.

I stayed here for a weekend and found it to be a great place to stay in Rock Springs. The main lobby and pool area seemed newer. The room seemed a little old and dated but nice. Bathroom seemed newly remodeled. The staff were not over friendly however. They do not serve any breakfast but coffee and tea but they did offer a free basic breakfast or $10 at the restaurant that is attached. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Nice clean, well maintained hotel just off I-80. Good option for travelers. Beds are comfy. Room was obviously a bit chilly when you first enter, but its December on the High Plain, so that's understandable. I stayed one night on my East bound trip and one night on the West bound return. Friendly helpful staff was reasonably quick, although the computer was a bit slow. Staff looked up and added my IHG rewards number to give me points credit. Thanks. The breakfast deal at the attached restaurant was good.

Lodging in Rock Springs is very expensive and this hotel is very affordable compared to the competition. I was somewhat skeptical with the lower price and reading this hotel seemed dated. The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. I did not partake of the $5 dollar breakfast deal as the hotel was packed with guests. I figured the breakfast would be equally packed. I have stayed at a half dozen hotels in Rock Springs and this is clearly the best value by far.

Very nice Holiday Inn, clean, comfortable bed & pillows, nicely updated, friendly staff and ample parking for our truck & boat trailer. The hotel is connected to an Old Chicago restaurant, which was very convenient. They also offer a $5 breakfast coupon that you purchase at the front desk of the hotel and take it to Old Chicago. You get 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage, 2 pancakes & a drink. You can also use it for $5 off any breakfast menu item. The hotel accepts pets and they don’t charge an arm and a leg for them! Unfortunately there’s a lot of irresponsible pet owners that have ruined it for the rest of us, so now most places charge ridiculous fees. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

I stayed in this hotel twice, once traveling east and then again on the same trip while traveling west. Both times I arrived late at night and was extremely tired. The parking lot was well let and safe, the lobby was clean and nice, and the staff I dealt with her kind and efficient. I was traveling with my two small pups and they were welcomed and accommodated. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The elevators and hallways were clean. The room itself was spacious, updated, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were soft and lent to a restful sleep after all day on the road. I saw no cleanliness issues at all. The bathroom was updated and the water pressure in the shower was great. In the morning I had my bill under my door (which was apparently done quietly enough to not even wake my dogs). There’s a nice restaurant attached that’s open very late but I arrived too late both times because of bad weather on my travels.

We had a good-sized, well-lit room with two chairs, a microwave, a mini-fridge (no freezer), and a Keurig. Some of the lamps were in bad shape. The bed was comfortable. The smallish bathroom had the toilet paper placed behind the toilet in an almost unreachable position. The bathroom was well lit, and the shower head was good. The sink backed up. I appreciated the makeup mirror. There was no free breakfast, but we were given a discount coupon for the attached restaurant. The eggs were overcooked and the service was very slow.

Albergo nella media che nn mi ha lasciato nessun ricordo degno di nota salvo la mancanza di poter scegliere il tipo di colazione che viene servita all’americana e cioè con uovo e bacon o salsiccia e pancake al prezzo di listino di 8,95 e alla nostra richiesta di avere della frutta con costo di listino più basso di 6,95 la risposta è stata negativa salvo pagare una maggiorazione di 5 dollari, assurdo! Ma la colpa è del ns tour operator che nn ha fatto valere le sue armi e cioè poter cambiare l’hotel.
